Light layed quietly in his room, his tail swishing around, how was he gonna tell his family? No, how was he gonna tell everyone he knew? He layed there for a bit, thinking of way to reveal his new self to everyone, and how'd they react until he heard his mom's footsteps coming upstairs, he quickly hid his tail and horns, rushing to put on his gloves and beanie "Light? I just came in here to check on you, is everything okay?" "Y-yeah mom! Everything is just fine!" She looked at him up and down "you've been wearing that hat for the past few days..why?" "I just uh..I just think it's comfortable!" Damnit he was lying through his teeth, or well, fangs, because he's been using that same line to convince his mom to believe him, it manages to work everytime. The minute his mom left he sighed, hiding his appearance wasn't easy for him, especially since he kinda knew his family was getting suspicious of him, he didn't like this, he didn't like hiding, but he had to in fear he'd be kicked out or even feared by his family. Walking into the room, he already felt uneasy, new people, new smells, new environment, everything was uncomfortable to him, he resisted the urge to start growling and hissing at these new people he'd never met before or even taking his gloves off and attacking them, one of them walked up to him "you must be Light Yagami, i-im M-matsuda!" He shook Matsudas hand, giving him a stern look, it was hard resisting the urge to bare his teeth at the task force members and attack, but for and odd reason new people just made him upset or mad, once everyone wasn't looking, Light went to a different room and started clawing at the walls to relive his uneasiness and anger, why'd he decide to even join? It's almost like he'd forgotten that his new body isn't used to a lot of things, neither is he used to it, he growled, continuing to tear up the walls before rejoining the group "Light? Where were you?" Light ignored Matsuda, looking at the ground and twitching his nose, several thoughts running through his mind, why the hell did he think this was a good idea? Where was he? Why are there new people? What are these new, unfamiliar smells? He continued ignoring everyone speaking to him, up until Aizawa shook him "hey!! We're talking to you!" He gave a low, quiet, annoyed sorry before looking down again
