INGREDIENTS;

1 tsp (5ml) of cinnamon

1 tsp (5ml) of nutmeg

1 tsp (5ml) of vanilla essence.

1 tsp (5ml) of bicarb-soda

½ cup of vegetable oil

1/3 cup of sugar

1 1/3 cups of self-rising flour

3 eggs

2 cups of grated carrots (4 carrots grated)

METHOD;

1) Add all ingredients into mixing bowl and mix until ingredients are mixed together. Put mix master on low for a few minutes then high.

2) Put in a greased and papered round cake tin. Bake in oven on 200c for 40 minutes

3) Let cake cool and ice with frosting.

FROSTING;

1 cup of icing sugar

20ml tablespoon of milk

2 dessertspoons of butter softened

Mix together,

NOTE; CAN ALWAYS ADD MORE FROSTING.
