     As known Deku doesn't really have a dad around or near him, yes he does have father figures(such as Mr. Yagi and Mr. Aizawa)but he never had a father around the house when he was little.  My theory is that All for One IS Deku's true father.  Here is why as know(SPOILERS)Shigi's grandmother was the holder of One for All before Yagi.  Aka Nana, now think about it.  Shigi being the main bad guy(FOR NOW)and Deku being the main hero.  While Shigi's grandmother is the known dead hero Nana, Deku's might be the known captured villain All for One.  Both falling and failing at what they were apposed to do.  Now here is some more facts as know the creator has already made a lot of twists(SPOILERS)such as Toya being Dabi the whole time, he's also a star wars fan.  Luke in the movie was revealed to be the son of the main villain while Luke was the main hero.  ALSO(MORE SPOILERS)later on in the manga Deku gains the abilities of the past holders of One for All.  Now you might think this is normal, it really isn't Yagi have had the ability of One for All for a long time, but he's never gained the abilities of pass holders.  This would lead to the activation of Deku's quirk All for One.  ALSO in the manga Shigi calls him little brother sense he notices this also, Shigiraki doesn't really have the abilities of All for One also.  WHY did All for One leave them, well easy it was to lead away heroes from suspecting Inko and her son, THEIR son.  Of course Inko does not know about All for One but she knows Hisashi.  Hisashi has only been mentioned a few times, working abroad, meaning HE pays for the house and he does.  Now All for One no one really knows his intentions of making a child, he might've just wanted something like a family in the past.  Or he had the ability to see the future, and then he figured that if he had a child that was chosen to hold One for All, and create them as a villain then he would be able to rule the world.  It's true he would've been but I think he only saw those bits and when he was defeated by a hero ruining his face, he hides away telling Inko lies.  Causing Izuku to slowly love heroes more than villains, causing his job to be much harder.  So he called in the doctor told him to do his quirk test, and he did of course showed a fake scan and everything.  Thinking bullying and more will break him down, but he looked up to All Might, and his mother was still with him and loved him, he also looked up to Katsuki even after being bullied by him, wanting to be a hero in different ways.  This is my theory towards why Deku's dad is All for One!
