"You can't be serious." I gasped.

Stiles and Scott had already left, a restraint had been placed on the two of them by my parents in both Jackson's name and mine. I shook my head as soon as we reached the house, angry with my parents. Jackson didn't understand anything that was happening.

"Your friends have always been a problem." Mr. Whittemore stated calmly.

"Really?" I snapped, "They weren't a problem to me." Jackson sighed.

"They kidnapped me. What's the big deal with getting rid of those assholes?" Jackson retorted.

"They're my best friends!" I snapped, feeling my anger level increase every time I saw Jackson. This was his fault, but I had to be nice because he was turning into some lizard.

"You can make some new friends." Mrs. Whittemore offered and I sent her a glare. She frowned. "Unless you don't want to."

"I've been best friends with them since second grade!" I snapped.

"Third grade." Jackson corrected.

"You can hold the restraining order with Jackson, but not with me." I plead, "They haven't done anything to me."

"Not yet." Jackson retorted, "They kidnapped me."

"You're an ass. They have an excuse." I replied.

"You're lucky Dad didn't do worse." Jackson said.

"Oh!" I exclaimed annoyed, "You're calling him 'Dad' now? Hm. Probably because he did something you want." I walked back outside in front of the front door.

"Where the hell do you think you're going?" Jackson demanded.

"Somewhere you're not." I retorted, smiling sweetly.

I walked out onto the trail. I was going on a walk in the forest, it was calming and it helped me think. I needed to find a way to talk to Scott and Stiles.

"Are you okay?" A familiar voice said making me turn around to face Isaac.

"Yeah, I'm fine." I shrugged, "What did you want?"

"I felt your pain when you were at the game." Isaac admitted.

"I don't know what you're talking about." I state.

"I know." Isaac admits, "I heard about what happened with Scott and Stiles."

"Nothing happened. Well, nothing in between me and them." I nodded.

"But something happened between them and Jackson, didn't it?" Isaac asks curiously as I rubbed my hands together nervously. "You guys found Jackson."

"You can't tell Derek." I plead, "Jackson doesn't remember anything that happened when he was a kanima."

"What are you doing in the forest, Kaelin?" Isaac asked, ignoring what I had said.

"I'm a cross country runner. Nature calms me." I said simply.

"I'm a lacrosse player. Watching tv calms me." Isaac replied back.

"Are you going to tell him or not?" I snapped.

"Jeez. I was just trying to have a conversation." Isaac sighs and I glare at him. "I won't tell him, but I will be forced to if he asks me."

"Right. Because he's your Alpha." I said sarcastically. I turned on my heel, making my way further down the pebbled path. Isaac sprinted trying to walk beside me as I ignored him. He reached out and grabbed my arm, stopping me from walking away.
