Quirk: arson
Hero/villan name: arsonist
Details: you look at an object/ building and say the command 'arson' and the object catches on fire then goes into flames. When you say the command your eye colour move the way how a flame would move side to side. With the colours of the flames. For combat since you can't always use the power because you need time restore the heat, you have an axe with you at all times
Side affects: dehydration, cotton mouth.
