Reader 

Refers to the person who reads a fanfiction story. Recently, has also come to mean a new type of self-insert fanwork written (usually) in the second person to allow the author or reader to imagine themselves in a scene or story with the character(s). May use secondary terms like (Y/n) to indicate "Your Name" without including specific descriptors.
