The stranger vanished in front of their eyes, leaving traces of dust and an eccentric fragrance. Izzy slowly stepped in front of her, her friends followed her. They stood in front of a wooden carving of a monster. Towered to bite it's prey, covered with twigs and vines. Behind the fog and darkness was a creepy house. Chipped black paint, broken and weak walls and eerie sounds. Wave kneeled towards a marble board covered in dust. She wiped off the dust with her fingers uncovering an inscription.
"Pliant willow" she whispered. Her calm face turned serious, her fingers trembled with fear. She grabbed lucy's fist and pulled her back, she was scared of something in the house. However, izzy pulled both of them back in front. She slowly nudged them to walk. As lucy stepped on the dry grass in the lawn of the house, the door creaked open. In front of them was a white stretcher, there was a girl on the stretcher... Lucy pointed at a girl pushing the stretcher. She was of their size, not older or younger than them.
"Hello, we were bought here by a-" lucy paused. She scanned the ragged cloak of the girl, and realised something...
"You're the stranger!" she exclaimed. Izzy recognised her, too.
"I'm serrie, not a stranger" the girl frowned.
Serrie slowly walked inside, the stretcher was long gone. She stopped in front, as if she were waiting for something... or someone.
"Won't you come in?" She said in a dull voice.
"It's dangerous outside, you're still in your city you know"
Wave gulped as she went inside. She smiled at her friends and told them to follow her.
"Meet serrie" she gulped. As if she had known serrie for long. She stared at the confused faces of her friends, demanding an explanation.
"When the city was destroyed, I came here to help the lady in the stretcher." She explained as then slowly scaled the wooden stairwell. The lady was nowhere in sight. Serrie was standing upstairs, hiding her face with her hair.
"She takes her cosplay waaaay to seriously" izzy chuckled. Wave coughed sharply to stop her, serrie wasn't exactly the kindest person they had met. They stepped into a room. It was dark, with three dim candles lighting up the room. It was scary, and creepy. Dried black leaves from the tree nearby had fallen and layered in the room. Serrie stood over there, she was smiling for once.
"Sorry if I made a bad impression on you... you're welcome to stay with me here!" She said softly. Izzy had an important question to ask her.
"Could you teach me to be creepy?" She asked. Lucy hit her on the head. She asked the main question.
"Who's the lady in the stretcher?"
