Before I can tell you about the legendary war between the Collegians and Examans, I must first tell you that of the land they live in. In an isolated island nation, feudal clans compete for the title of Emperor. Sometimes there are alliances formed between passive monk and aggressive samurai clans, sometimes there are betrayals, but always, the Emperor reigns supreme.
In the time before the current clan, the notorious Examans, ruled, the nation was swept away by the sheer technological might of the Industrio clan. However, in due time a new clan rose forth that gave power to the Industrios while being more powerful because of it. This clan became known as the Examans, or Examan clan. They effectively are the ruler of this beautiful land, but do not seek the title of it, for they are aware they limit all the clans. The Collegians also rose from this creation, but with an awful twist of fate: doomed to be at the mercy of the Examans, who sorted them into clans nearly regardless of the Collegians wishes.
