Jerry Katzz has a power. A super power, if you will. To activate it Jerry must stand perfectly still. There are words to be said in certain pitches and tones. They are felt all the way down in the bones. Only Jerry can get it done. Jerry is the only one. But it can't be accomplished alone.
These powers travel on the breeze, they're in the air, on the ground, they're always around.
Two things are required for the activation of these skills. One is the images, once seen must be interpreted by a human, a certain distinct human. The second thing is DCI Jerry Katzz must speak the images to the human.
Imagine that, a talking cat.
The human is Ricky Longbow. Longbow is Katzz' partner. No problem right?
Right now, it is a pretty big problem because the big boom injured Ricky's head. Ricky has lost his memory.
