Sasha started walking to school at 6:00 A.M. She could not be late for the first day. Her new school was nicknamed "Fandom High" and is over 30 minutes walking time from her house. She arrived at Fandom High at 6:30, School didn't start until 7:00. Sasha sat down on the bench outside and waited for the school to open it's doors. She put in her light blue headphones and listened to her favorite band "The Jazzy Bunch". Twenty minutes later a woman, around the age of 20 walked outside and put a stick under the door to keep it from closing. "Hello," The woman said. "Are you new to fandom high? I've never seen you around town before." Sasha took out her headphones and walked towards her. "Yea," Sasha said. "I'm new, my family just moved here a few weeks ago." The woman turned around and walked through the door, not responding to Sasha's reply. "Guess she has a short term memory..." Sasha whispered to herself. She walked through the iron doors and wiped her feet on the mat. The school smelled of cheap perfume and cherry pies. "Hey, are you the new girl?" A boy who had just walked in front of her said. "Yea..." Sasha replied. "My name is Dylan," He said. "Yours?" She could not reply. This "man" was handsome. Sasha was mesmerized by the face of Dylan. She had fallen in love for the first time in her life.
