Chapter 5 :)

"Look how huge that crowd is!" I yelled to Alex while pointing to the crowd forming in front of us.

"I'm gonna call Eleanor, she said Danielle flew in today and they'd be here" Alex commented dialing Eleanor's number.

About 30 minutes later we were finally.... Outside the store. There are so many people here it's crazy! It's gonna take hours just to get inside!

"There's El!" Alex squealed running up to her brunette friend while I waiting in line. They hugged while squealing and quickly made their way over to where I was standing.

"Hey Eve! How are you?" El asked hugging me. I hugged her back and laughed at how bubbly she is.

"I'm great thanks, wheres Danielle?" I asked looking around.

"Here!" A curly headed girl squealed from behind El. I took one look at her and I was automatically jealous. She's gorgeous!

"Hello! I'm Eve!" I said sweetly hugging her.

"I'm Danielle, Liam's girlfriend" She gushed while smiling.

"I've heard lots of wonderful things about you, Liam really does adore you" I smiled. She blushed at Liams name and I was filled with jealousy again. Why can't someone love me like Liam loves Danielle?

Almost another half hour later, we made it in the building! We are about 2 people away from getting our cds signed and seeing the boys. Danielle and I got to know each other and she's such a sweetheart! I can definitely see why Liam adores her. El and Alex gushed over Louis and Harry with fans behind them. El and Dani got asked for pictures a couple times but I guess that's what it's like dating a celebrity.

"Must be hard sitting here all day while all these girls scream in your face about how much they love you" I said to Louis chuckling while his head was down signing my cd. His head flew up and his eyes went wide as excitement washed over his face.

"Eve! You made it" Louis said reaching over the table to hug me.

"I can't believe you waited in line, you could've come straight in if you called me" Zayn commented chuckling. I rolled my eyes and stuck my tongue out at him.

"Well someone doesn't like to answer their phones" I said glaring at the boy while he smirked and checked his phone. His eyes grew at all the missed calls he had. He shrugged and put his phone away. "sorry"

"It's okay, thanks see ya later!" I yelled over all the screams while being pushed out of line. Man these girls can't wait two minutes can they?

"Wait!" Louis said running up to me as I tried to leave. "Wait with the girls at our hotel room, please?" He gave me puppy dog eyes I honestly couldn't resist. I nodded my head and he fist pounded the air while running back to his seat. Man he's hyper.

I left Alex with El and Dani as they seemed to get along well. Truth is, I just needed some time to myself. I've been bombarded with all these plans and new people I just need a moment alone. Sure I love being around the friends I've made the past two days but its overwhelming. I mean its One Direction, the worlds biggest boy band. Who wouldn't be overwhelmed? I don't think I can deal with constantly worrying if I look decent enough to see one of the boys just because they're famous. I mean I know we're friends but I can't help but be self-conscious. This walk back to my hotel is probably the most relaxing thing since being home.

Another thing about being with a group of gorgeous boys, you eventually start to crush on one of them. And which one do I crush on? The most liked in the US, Niall Horan of course. I just can't help it, his beautiful blue eyes and his soft blonde hair. You can't forget about his perfect smile. Every time I think about him I just get butterflies but I CAN'T like him so what do I do? I push all my feelings for the irish boy aside and focus on what I'm in New York for, a job.

"Hey! Watch it!" A loud voice yelled as I bumped into them causing the stranger to fall. I guess looking at the ground in deep thought while walking in New York isn't the best idea.

"I'm so sorry!" I apologized quickly as I helped the very attractive guy up. He looked about my age with dark brown hair and hypnotizing hazel eyes.

"Oh no, I'm sorry, it was my fault" He apologized back. "How about I make up for it with a milkshake?" He asked cheekily as he pointed to the shake shack behind us. I nodded smiling back and led us into the shop.

"I didn't catch your name.." The brown haired boy said sweetly. "Eve" I finished for him. "Jake" He smiled. Maybe bumping into him won't be so bad after all...
