"yawnn" Xiao came out of his room seeing Aether already ready just watching tv

"oh good morning Xiao!" Aether said looking at Xiao

"morning..." Xiao sat close to Aether and lay his head on Aether's shoulder

The two just sat in comfortable silence until a loud voice startled them

"good morning Xiao and Aether!" Childe said seating next to Aether's right side

"morning Childe" Aether said

"it's still not even 6 and your already ready" Childe said looking at Aether up and down ( ( ͡⁠°⁠ ͜⁠ʖ⁠ ͡⁠°⁠) ) (haha I wanna kill myself)

"Lumine is coming" Aether said

"I'm hungry it's still too early for the cafeteria to be open" Childe said

"I'll cook us pancakes then, I'm also quite hungry" Aether said prying Xiao's hand off of him and standing up (why have kitchen when there's a cafeteria??)

Aether searched the cabinets to see if their are any pancake boxes (what are those called??? like the one where the flour already got mixed basta yun)

"oh there's one" Aether took the box and started cooking (sorry but I don't want to narrate the whole process of Aether making the pancake)

Aether finished cooking and gave everyone three pancakes so that it's equal and added an extra one for Childe

"pancakes are ready" Aether said sitting down and putting syrup on his pancake (literally just sat at my chair for 5 minutes trying to remember syrup I kept saying sauce and gravy as if it will help me)

Childe sat up and went towards the table "thank you comrade"

"mhm" Xiao finally decided to get up and walked towards the table. Xiao sat down not saying anything and just ate

"Aether do you cook meals back at your house?" Childe asked

"no? why ask?" Aether said looking confused

"well you would sometimes cook our meals, like a wife" Childe said not thinking at all about what he said (I'm not saying that wife like always cooks meal or stay at house to cook meals. I said this cause some of y'all might feel like offended? that the wife would always do that? basta)

"a wife??" Aether again throws a confused look at childe thinking why a wife??

Xiao then looks at Aether and nodding to himself

'the hell is Xiao nodding for' Aether thought

"uhh I don't know it's the first word that came to my mind, did that offend you? I'm sorry if it did" Childe said giving an awkward smile

Aether chuckled and smiled softly "don't worry about it I was just confused why use wife" (can someone tell me if this is real like can people actually smile softly??)

"good morning~!" Kaeya peeked from the corner

"good morning kaeya" Aether said smiling

"morning!" Childe said looking up

"morning"

"I smell pancakes, did you guys left some for me?" Kaeya said walking towards the table

"of course we did" Aether said

"oh that was for Kaeya? I was about to eat it" Childe said already planning on taking one of the pancakes

"Childe I know what your thinking and plus I gave you extra" Aether said
