THIRD POV

nessa ran upstairs going into the closest bedroom as she held her chest, catching her breath as she took a few deep breaths letting herself relax

she turned one of the lights on bringing her to the realization she was in jaden's room. she sighed as she laid flat on his bed

how could they? how could he? many questions ran through nessa's mind. she couldn't even figure out if she was sad, angry, or even confused

all she knows is that when she seen the disappointment on josh's face of what he done....she never wanted to breakdown so hard

and jaden... she felt so bad for him. not because of josh, but the thought of his own girlfriend messing around with multiple men behind his back

she didn't have enough time to think as she heard the door creak open, revealing jaden's presence. he closed the door behind him before taking a seat next to nessa on his bed

"hey." he said

"hey."

he shook his head before tucking a strand of her hair behind her ear. "save your tears for someone who's worth it." he kissed the top of her forehead before holding both of her hands "we'll get through this together ness."

she gave a small smile. "yeah." she stared off for a few seconds. "it's just- forget me. what are you gonna do?" she redirected the focus back to him

"well i been planning on moving out for awhile now. this seals the deal. i mean i obviously can't be in the same house with someone who had sex with my girlfriend... or ex girlfriend." he scratched the back of head knowing the outcome of him and mad's relationship

it's then when nessa came up with an idea. "jaden we have to get them back. i mean... this is perfect."

"what do you mean?" he asked puzzled

"well our song is coming out.... the rumors.. it's all perfect. we pretend date each other without telling josh or mads. all until we get our satisfaction." she explained looking at him carefully to make sure he was catching on

"i mean.. i just don't want us to get hurt any more."

"and we won't. don't worry. it's us, together for always." she took out her pinky as he interlocked his with hers

"okay. we should probably get some sleep then. do you want me to drive you home?"

"nah. i think i'll crash here. i'll be out before i have to see you know who." she stretched out her arms yawning

"bet." he switched off the other light as nessa climbed over to the right side of the bed getting under the blankets

jaden followed laying on the other side of the bed as he stared at the back of nessa's head. she turned to the other side, making eye contact with him

"thank you for everything." she hugged his waist letting her head rest on his chest before drifting off to sleep

and there jaden was, feeling everything. he felt his heart race a little as it made a small thump every time he felt nessa's small breaths on his chest.
