Next morning

Bela woke up and she was feeling vomiting and rushed to washroom and vomiting, litsening her sound mahir came and calmed her and held her hair backward
when she was done she washed her face

M- baby kya hua are you okay main abhi doctor ko call karta hoon

B- no baby I am fine vo bus thodi sickness hai

M- no baby main abhi call karta hoon doctor ko

B- acha fine baby main kuhu ke saath chali jaungi tum tension mat lo

M- okay chalo ready ho jao

Then they got ready and mahir went office and bela and kuhu went to hospital

In hospital

Doctor- congratulations mrs. sehgal you are pregnant

Kuhu- really doctor main bua ban gyi bhabhi aap ma banne wali ho🥳

Bela- Kuhu mujhe toh yakin nhi ho rha main mumma aur mahir daddy banne wala hai

B- thank you doctor

Doc-☺️

Then they went to home and bela asked kuhu not to tell anyone specially mahir because she want to surprise him and all

Kuhu- waise bhabhi aap kaise bataoge bhaiya ko

B- kal mahir ka birthday hai toh main usse surprise doongi

Kuhu- hmm bohot accha idea hai

Then bela called everyone in hall and told them that..

B- Kal mahir ka birthday hai toh raat main use surprise karna hai toh nakul tum mahir ke paas jao aur use busy rakho aur 12 bje se 5 min pehle bas lana ghar

Nakul- okay bhabhi

B- aur hum sab decorate karenge

All- okay.

Then nakul went to office and made him busy and here bela and everybody decorated everything and bela made cake writeed Happy Birthday Daddy to be and covered it so that no one sees it

Soon it was 11:55 and everybody heared car horn and switched light off

Then mahir and nakul entered and nakul left mahir alone and went with family

Mahir- bela , maa yahan pe itna andhera kyun hai

All- 10, 9,8,7,6

M- sab ulta kyun gin rhe

All-5,4,3,2,1

All- Happy Birthday Mahir🥳🥳🥳🥳
And switched on light

Mahir saw it and was surprised
