so like everyone jokes abt remus offering harry chocolate to help him feel better, but imagine the reason why he does it
like when he was a kid and he wasn't feeling good or it was after a full moon, james, sirius, and peter would always give him loads and loads of chocolate and it genuinely did make him feel better so he sees harry and like- wants to somehow repay james in a way by making sure his child his happy so he offers chocolate to harry when he sees him not feeling to good bc he knew it always helped him in the past
ok and the second one is i think prettt common but i think remus and peter were actually like rlly fuckin close-
like almost james and sirius level close bc like- why wouldn't they be, y'know??
so like when he actually found out it was peter who betrayed them he truly was upset to the point that he didn't even want to kill or hurt him whenever they found out he was hiding as scabbers
like
just imagine young remus and peter being closer than anyone else and then years later remus finding out that his literal bestest friend of all time is the reason that two of their friends are dead and the other one is in jail
