It has been a year after Xaviax is defeated, Rachel Reeves is now a new leader of the No-Men and the current Kamen Rider Cougar. She was an agent who workef for No-Men about a year ago even though Kit, Len and Kase weren't awared of it that Rachel has been an Earth Kamen Rider for almost a year and has been fighting Xaviax's monster many times.
Later, Eubolon showed up.
" What are your reports Rachel?" Eubolon said.
" I got received the distressed signal from Xaviax's destroyed base."Rachel said. " That doesn't mean Xaviax is gone."
" Xaviax maybe gone but many of his monsters are still out there." Eubolon said. " We can't be too competent. We are not sure if Xaviax is officially gone or not."
" Should we call Kit, Len and Kase here for a meeting?" Eubolon said.
" That would be great idea." Eubolon said.
Later, Eubolon called Kit, Len and Kase for a meeting.
" You called us Master Eubolon." Len said.
" Rachel received a signal from Xaviax's destroyed base." Master Eubolon said.
" Do you think Xaviax might be back?" Kit asked.
" We're not quite sure whether Xaviax survived the Link Vent or not." Master Eubolon said. " The signal was in the old abandoned warehouse."
" Why don't we sent other riders there?" Kase asked.
" I'll sent few riders there to investigate the warehouse. Rachel will be joining your mission." Eubolon said.
At the warehouse, Kit, Len, Kase, Rachel, Chance (KR Torque), Hunt (KR Axe) and Chase (KR Spear), already in Kamen Rider form, to investigate the signal. Suddenly the group of black minions surrounded the riders.
" Black minions?!" Kamen Rider Cougar said.
" I would never expected that there could be more of Xaviax's monsters." Kamen Rider Spear said.
" Let's take them down." Kamen Rider Dragon Knight said.
" I'll watched your backs Dragon Boy." Kamen Rider Axe said
" Oh great. I'm gonna having worse nightmares with that weird word." Kamen Rider Dragon Knight said.
Now Kit, Kase, Len, Rachel, Chance, Hunt and Chase were started fighting the group of black minions.
" I knew it. There are other Xaviax's monsters." Kamen Rider Torque said.
" This is getting more problematic." Kamen Rider Wing Knight said.
" We must get rid of these freaks first." Kamen Rider Siren said.
" They might be the sign that other powerful alien supervillain is coming instead of rumors about Xaviax's return." Kamen Rider Cougar said.
" Alien supervillain? I don't see any monsters could be Xaviax's new successor." Kamen Rider Spear said. " We don't have any evidence."
