The Crush

Chapter 1

So the thing that light up with joy my heart was that a specific boy said to me that he liked me but that's not what I liked from our conversation, the thing was- Actually let's start from the beginning.

So last Friday George wanted to talk to me privately. I was kind of shocked, si ce he  ever talks to me, but I went with him far from the others to talk.

"So what do you want to tell me?" I asked

"Em the- the thing that that I wanted to- to tell you i- is th- that" I was gonna burst out laughing, 'cause I  ever saw him talking so nervously, but I fortunately stay put "I- I really l- like you" I  was SHOCKED I never thought in my life that George would like me.

"Oh em I'm really sorry George, but I don't fell the same way about you," I said with a sad look on my face "but to light up your mood I actually liked you at 6th grade"

"Oh, well, ok. Can I ask you something?"

"Yes of course" I said with a smile on my lips.

"Can I kiss you, at least for once?" I was really shocked, but I took this as an advantage to ask a question.

"Yes you can," he leant over to kiss me, but I backed off "but I want you to answer me a question"

"OK, if I'm going to kiss you, at least for once, Im gon a answer you everything you want" he said with a wide smile on his face.

"OK, so the question is: Does Stephen actually likes Melanie (that's the girl's name)?"

"Why are you asking?" he said wirh a confused look

"Oh em i- it's just for a- a friend, yeah a friend"

"So it's just for a friend," I nodded quickly as a response "oh well at least I'm gonna get the kiss, k so Stephen likes a girl and he is dating Melanie just to make the girl jealous"

"Well he made me jealous" I whisper "and who is that girl?" I asked with my normal voice

"You" he said blankly

"Me????"

"Yes you, now, can I have the kiss?"

"Wait wait wait what do you mean, he made all this thing just to make me jealous? How did he know that I like him?"

"So you actually like him?" he asked with an eyebrow raised and a smile on his face

"Eh em yeah, kind of, but that's not the point, how did he know?"

"Give a kiss and I will tell you" he said probably annoyed from the fact that I didn't kiss him yet.

"OK ok here you go, but answer my question" and we kissed. We it wasn't that bad I can say. I mean kissing with Stephen would be MUCH better, but I want the answer so, oh well.

"You have no idea how long I wanted to do this" he said with a huge smile on his lips.

"Shut up and answer me" I said

"OK ok, so remember when we were 13 and Andrew said to everyone that you liked Stephen? Well at that point he didn't really liked you, but he had that feeling of love. And he remembered that and with the stares that you were sharing  he tried to make you jealous with the fake relationship. And I can say that you, and the classroom, all fell for that. So yeah, that's the whole point. "

"Wow I never thought that he really remembered what Andrew said when we were 13. But you know something, he made me so jealous and angry with the whole situation and I want him to feel the same that I did. And you know how I'm going to do this successfully?"

"Nope" he said popping the last letter of the word.

"I'm gonna do what he did and you are gonna help me, you know how?"

"Em no"

"You are gonna be my fake fiancé, we are gonna start a fake relationship so I can make him feel how I felt. I want revenge. I want him to understand how it feels to hear that your crush  has a fiancé."I said with my hands taking the shape of fists.

"I'm OK with that, but I wanna ask some questions" he said casually

"Go on" I said coldy

"Em First: Are we going to kiss? Second :are we going to make it official and how? And Third:are you sure about it?"

"First: obviously, we are going to be a couple Second: Yes we are going to tell it now to everyone in the class and obviously at Stephen Third: Yes."

"Allright let's go, my love"

"Whatever"

"Hello everyone" he said with a wide smile "I and Charlotte, here, want to tell you something, we are officially together!"

"No way!"

"Congrats!"

"Finally!"

"I'm so happy for you guys!"

"Well well well, " a familiar voice said coldy "what do we have here?" it was Stephen "so you two are together now, how this happened?"

"Well," I spoke up "when we went to talk some minute ago, we confirmed our feelings for each other and we got together" I said coldy too.

"Well, give us a kiss" Stephen said with the same expression as before.

"Kiss!Kiss! Kiss!Kiss!Kiss!Kiss!" everyone shout

We kissed in front of EVERYONE, with my hands around his neck and his hands around my waist.

I saw Stephen with his eyes staring at me and George, I kind of felt a little sorry about him, but at the same time I was happy that he understood how it felt when I saw them kissing each other.

Well that's what you get Stephen! I thought

If he liked me why he didn't tell it in the first place. I know and I understand that he could think that I would rejected him, but what is life without a little risk, right?

But, I didn't tell it to him too so, I guess he has a right to don't say anything. Although, from the time that we were sharing many many stares, I thought it would be obvious that I liked him as much as he liked me, right?

Ah, why love life has to be so difficult?
