FIGHTING FOR HIM: Chapter nine

       Kendall's POV.

I sighed as I checked my Phone, still no text from him.

Today at lunch he was acting so strange , Always Opening his mouth and closing it after,like he Wants to say Something ,but never do.
    like it wasn't enough today when I offered him a ride he declined saying he had to go prepare for Something, but his behavior tells me Something.

He's hidding Something from me.

"Hey" I looked up to the Sound of the baritone Voice and Xavier stood above me blocking the sun from my view.

He wore a green Sweat shirt and dark blue tight jeans with black vans.

And He Looks really good.

"Hey" I answered. He smiled and took a sit beside me under the mango Tree  in my backyard.

"What are you doing?" He asked looking at me while I kept looking forward.

"Thinking" I answered still not looking.

"May I ask  what its about?" He asked now  throwing white rocks up and catching it.

"A boy" I said and looked at him, he looked at me back and that was the first time I ever looked at his eyes, it was grey with Perks of green.

"A Friend....or boyfriend" He asked. I huffed.

"I wish he was-" I got cut off.

"Hey xav, there you are, hey I need to go somewhere can I get a ride" kim said, she turned to look at me and smirked.

Kim wore a Pink short, too short  I May add ,skirt with a black Sweet heart crop top and  to finish the look she wore black Pops, her hair was left to fall on her Shoulders in it wavyness.

I didn't care about her out fit but what caught my eye was her mustard book Bag .

Is she going to study?

Pftt she probably wore it to trick dad that she is his little miss Perfect.

"Sure" Xavier muttered and got up and left not before waving bye to me with a smile which I gladly returned.

My iPhone vibrated letting me know I have a massage.

Hey sorry I didn't answer on time, was busy , yeah am fine thanks, oh and am not gonna be around at cravings today ,am going somewhere with Grey, see ya later. --- Bestie💞

"Okay" I said and got up to go to my room, still having a bad feeling in my guts.

I was heading upstairs when I saw my dad watching a sitcom and laughing to it.

I smiled at the sight and Sat beside him.

"Hey darling" he said and hugged me. I smiled and looked at him.

"Hi papa" I said he pecked my forehead and went back to watching which I did too.

I don't know how Long I was there but I woke up to my head on my fathers laps and him snoring above me. I stood up and yawed.

"Hey papa" I said tapping him to Wake up. I looked up to our Ruby clock and saw it was  5: 15.

I had the natural instinct to pick Darrin up but I remembered that he wasn't gonna be around.

"Papa" I tapped him.

"Hmm hn" he muttered

"Here let me take you to bed" I said dragging him. He chuckled.

"Do you think you can carry your old man" he said and stood up putting his Arms on my Shoulders.

I chuckled " I can try" I said and he grined and together we walked upstairs to his massive bedroom he was using alone.
 
I Placed him in bed and he smiled.

"I could get used to this" he said and I playfully rolled my eyes with a smile.

"Well don' t" I said.

"Rest Well papa , I Will call you when dinner is ready." I said when I walked to his Ivory oak door.

"Thanks love" he said and turned to his right. I closed the door when Kim opened hers smirking at me and walked pass me.

Okay what even was that for!

"Hey kim" I called and ran after her.she stopped at turned to me looking at me inocently.

"Whats wrong with you" I started.

"Like?" She asked still looking at me inocently.

I rolled my eyes at her.

"The smirking idiot, why in the world of mushrooms do you keep smirking at me." I said waving my hands in the Air, frustrated.

Am not too keen on swearing.

She smiled." Don't worry sissy, you see" was all she said and stutted down stairs.

Yeah and Darrin calls me the dramatic one!

After dinner I went to bed. I kept turning left to right thinking about Kim's Words.

I looked up, now staring at the celiling.

Why God, why couldn't  you give me a Better Twin. I thought.

Then I heard someone singing but it wasn't so loud but I could hear it because it was close to my window. I looked at the window quzzled and got of my Water bed wore my strawberry shaped slippers and walked to my window.

"Who could be singing by this time" I muttered and climbed my window sit and looked out Side.

Right in front of me sitting under the same mango tree was Xavier.

His head rested on the bark of the Tree, his eyes Shut close sitting crossed legged and arm folded with the moom inmulating his features.

Making him to look really geogrous.

I rested my arm on my window lead and put my Chin on it as I closed my eyes and listened to the lyrics.
