04 ~ Giving her name

"Kook! When did you bring this?" A gasp leaves from my mouth, it's become dry in emotion and I gulp down the saliva. When did he even manage to bring this? A small dog hut for the puppy.

"You like it?" he asks with a grinning face while poking the back of his head and I nod immediately. "I love it, but when did you arrange all of this?" I ask, excitedly, these small things matter a lot to me. And which is why Jungkook is my best friend.

"I just—did and don't ask too many questions, I know you didn't call me last night just because I'm allergic to kittens and puppy's fur, but I at least arrange a shelter for her." He explains and I smile.

"Thank you so much—" I grin and he flashes a big smile, showing two of the big teeth, the bunny teeth. "Did you choose a name for her?" he asks and I tilt my head side to side. I just found her last night so, couldn’t find any name.

"Okay, no problem. Let's just keep a name for her." He offers and I nod. "Yes, which name will suit her best?" I ask and try to find a name but nothing comes to my mind right now actually. I haven’t kept any puppy or kitten so, I really don't have that much knowledge about it. Jungkook sneezes hard and I stumble back in response, I know he is allergic.

"Sorry, Kook, I forgot that you're allergic to the fur." I place down the puppy and pats her body to instruct her not to go anywhere.

"Hey, Mimo. It's totally fine, just let's find a name for her first, okay?" He smiles and I nod. “Momo." he says and I stare back at him who is busy imagining a name while a fine line of frown appears between his brows.

"The name is cute, I like it." I purr softly and he flashes a small smile. The name is similar to my name so, it's okay to call her 'Momo'

"Then it's final. Her name is Momo from now on." he says with a huge grin and I nod. "Hi, Momo, do you like your name?" I giggle and she barks softly,

"She likes the name, Kook." I chuckle and Jungkook's grin grows wider than before.

"So, where are you gonna take her? I mean you can't take her home yet, your mom is gonna probably kick you out right there—" He chuckles and I sigh. I ponder for a while. Where should I keep her?

"Umm I can take her to my place where I work, I know they won't allow me but at least when my shift starts she will with me, then I'll just keep her in the alley beside the shop, and it's secure until I make agree to my mom." I smile and he nods,

"But, you can take her to Briana's place, right? Your best friend." He says and I shake my head.

"Nah, she has already six kittens, you know? it will be a problem for her to keep Momo.” I sigh and he nods. “You sure you can keep her in your workplace?” Jungkook asks and I nod. “I can take her if you permit. It wouldn’t be that much trouble for me, I believe.” He adds and I shake my head immediately.

“No way, you were sneezing hard a while ago. I don't want to kill you. Next day the heading will be: Jeon Jungkook, son of a famous business tycoon found dead in his room and he was clutching a puppy, after investigation we found out that it's his best friend, Choi Mimi's puppy whom she intentionally give him to keep even though she was well aware of the fact that Jeon Jungkook was allergic to puppies and kittens so, it was intentional.” I say and he chuckles again.

“Don't be silly.” He says and I sigh.

"By the way, where did you and Briana go last day? You didn't even talk to me well after that." He furrows his brows and I sigh, though he knows everything about our friendship, yet it feels awkward to talk about this matter.
