CHAEWON POV
It's been already 18 days since the accident happened, but Y/N is still not woke up yet. Her arm operation was also successful, but unfortunately she won't be able to push herself to lift nor force her arm or she'll injure herself. We're all here except Eunbi unnie, Kurachan, Minguri, Yuri, and Wonyoung, who have schedule today for their Zero:Attitude promotion.
"What's wrong with Y/N? that until now she's not awake yet" I heard Yena unnies said.
"Then think of a way on how we can wake her up" Yujin said as she walked beside Yena unnie.
"Yahh! if you have any plans, don't do it" I said to them, because I don’t want to trust them in this situation.
"Why? We just want her to wake up" Yena unnie said while pointing Y/N "I was thinking of shouting Y/N in her ear so that she would wake up already, that's what Joyul does to me every morning" She added, I just sighed because of her stupidity.
"Do that and I will rip your duck plushy into pieces" I was threatening her while sitting on the couch. I saw Chaeyeonnie holding her laugh when she saw Yena unnie whining.
"I think Yena unnie's suggestion is fine" Yujin murmured, and Hichan pinched her side.
I just shook my head at my members' stupidness, Then we decided to watch some movies; we're in the middle of watching when we heard someone knocking on the door.
"Maybe the others are already here" Nako exclaimed as she stood up to open the door. "S-sunbaenims" She said, and out of curiosity, we looked at the door and saw Gfriend sunbaenims holding a basket of fruits and vegetables.
"Ohh you're also here, we just want to visit Y/N" Sowon sunbaenim said, 'whoaaa she look so beautiful'.
"Sunbaenims!" Chaeyeon unnie said then we stood up to greet at them politely. "Sure, please come in" She continued.
"Drop the formality girls, just call as unnies its fine, after all you're Y/N members" Yerin sunba-- I mean unnie said while smiling.
Gfriend stayed for a few minutes, and we had a lot of fun together. They also revealed that when Y/N found out she was one of the Produce 48 contestants, she screamed and rolled around on the floor while crying.
"We need to go now girls, take care of yourself too" Sowon unnie said, we bowed at them, then they smile at us before they leave.
"Whoaaa, I had no idea Y/N acted like that; the last time I saw her crying was when she was announced as a part of Izone" Nakochan said, and we all laugh as we heard Y/N can act like that.
"We know Y/N for almost 2 years already, we also know that she didn't show how she really feels, she's cold on the outside but she's so soft on the inside, remember when our first concert we all cried except for her who filming us while laughing" Chaeyeon chuckled as we remember that time, I admit Y/N is the strongest person I know.
"Remember when I had a little fight with Y/N, and I accidentally slapped her, and she faced me without any expression shown at her face, then she left me there to go back to her room, I was really scared when she did that, she didn't even get angry with me that time, I can't read what she really feels that time" Yujin told us about a previous fight they had on that stupid ice cream flavor.
"We remember you even ask Wonyoung help, to accompany you just to buy ice cream at various ice cream shops in Gangnam, because you know she always goes there to buy her favorite ice cream, but you don't know the name of the exact store where she always buys ice cream" Hichan said, we look at Yujin while laughing.
"I almost spent 80,000 won on ice creams, but Hyewon unnie was the only one who ate the rest of the ice cream I bought for Y/N" Yujin pouted as she looked at Hyewonnie, who was eating the strawberry that Gfriend unnies bought earlier.
"What's wrong with that? Y/N need someone to help her finish the ice cream you bought for her, And that someone is me" Hyewonnie said defending herself.
"Yah! Yujin-ah I also mad at you, Buy me ice cream too" Yena unnie said then she playfully rolled her eyes.
"Then be mad at me as long as you want unnie, Im broke right now" Yujin said teasingly, we laughed how the two playfully smack each other until someone's knocking on the door again. I stood up to open the door and I saw the others are already here with Y/N older sister.
"Unnies thankyou for taking care Y/N again, when Im not here" Her older sister said the bow at us.
"It's fine, beside she's our little sister too" Chaeyeon unnie said while patting Y/N older sister back. "We're going back to our dorm now; please call us if Y/N has already woken up, okay? We'll be back here tomorrow morning" She added and Y/N older sister nod to us.
"Goodbye baby bear~" We said in unison before we went back to there dorm.

NO ONES POV
It was early in the morning when the 12 girls arrived at the hospital; they all have no plans for the day, which means that they can all take care for Y/N today. To fill the time, they decided to play a mafia game. Except for Jline.
"You guys can play, but I need to finish my mission in Pubg Mobile" Sakura said this while putting on her headphones and sitting next to Y/N's right bed.
"Me and Hichan will watch our sister group's performance last night" Nako said, showing her phone to others as a proof, then they sit in Y/N's left bed.
"Alright then lets start!" Yena shout at excitement, while inviting the Korean members to joined her.
The girls are having fun playing mafia games, Nako and Hichan are also enjoying their sisters' group performance. Everyone is having fun, except for one person who is extremely annoyed.
"Arghh, why is this so difficult!" Sakura yelled as she take off her headphones.
Sakura's frowning face changed to a shaky expression when she unintentionally noticed how Y/N finger moved a little bit, then she look at it carefully.
"EHH!?" Sakura exclaimed when she saw it moved again.
The Korean members simply shrugged Sakura off because they assume she just lost her game once again, but the attention of the other two Japanese who were watching their sister's group performance turned to look at her.
"Hey~what's wrong?" They asked Sakura in Japanese, but instead of responding, Sakura pointed the Y/N finger.
"EHHH!?" When Nako and Hichan saw how Y/N moved her finger, they screamed in unison. This time the Korean members went to them to check if there's something wrong.
"What are you guys yelling about?" Eunbi ask the Jline.
"Y/N!! She's already awake!!" Hichan exclaimed and she pointed Y/N finger.
"WAIT WHAT?" The Korean members immediately look at Y/N's finger, It took a second before they saw how Y/N moved her fingers.
"Yujin! Call the doctor now!" Eunbi shout, then Yujin run immediately as if her life depends on it.
"Y/N are you okay!?"
"Is there any pain!?
"Can you hear us!?"
"Are you hungry!?"
"Do you want ice cream!?"
The girls instantly bombard Y/N with questions, even they weren't sure if she could hear them, and Y/N slowly opens her eyes.
