It was 9am in the morning. I woke up alone in the bed as Chaeyoung went to another schedule. "God I look like zombie." Seeing myself in the mirror made me wake up quickly. I took the brush and started brushing my hair. The bathroom door opened and I looked over. "Oh god I'm sorry." Jeonghoon nervously said as he saw me. Through his hair, I could see that he also just woke up. "It's alright, I'm almost done."
I smiled to him and he nodded. Right after he closed the doors I laid the brush back to it's place and walked out of the bathroom. Where is he?
As I knocked on his door there was a quiet sigh to hear. "The bathroom is free." I heard small steps through the door. The door opened and Jeonghoon had his eyes closed. "Thank you."
He just went to the bathroom and I smiled to myself. "He isn't a morning person. Just like his sister." As I didn't plan anything, because I didn't know that Chaeyoung had work, I decided to lay in the bed and search for attractions in Seoul.
After 15 minutes I already had a list with plenty places to visit. I sat up as I heard a knock on the door. "Yes?" the door opened as I answered. It was their mom.
She looked very concentrated. "Let's eat?" I nodded and adored how she tried her best to communicate with me. "Alright." She smiled and I followed her down to the living room.
"Sit here." She pointed to a spot next to the table. Just as I sat down, she put glasses on the table and sat across me. We started eating. I tried my best to try to find a topic for our conversation.
"Want to go shopping.." As I looked up, she was looking at a small dictionary looking for words. "with me?" I ended the sentence and she started giggling. "Yes."
I gave her a warm smile and nodded. "Of course."
×-×-×
Chaeyoung's mom parked the car and we walked out. "This way." I saw her pointing to a street and walked up to her. "What do you want to buy?" I made sure to speak slowly so she can understand me.
"Vegetables.." She met my gaze. "Meat.." Her eyes went on my left arm. "And Fruit." She smiled to me and my heart warmed up. I found it incredibly adorable how hard she searched for words.
She held onto my arm and leaded us to the stores. As we turned to the left, I saw a big marketplace. There were a lot of people buying and selling, there wasn't only food. Some of people sold clothes or shoes. Others sold accessories, games etc.
I totally felt strange as I didn't understand nothing at all, what the people said or what was written on their small signs. Chaeyoung's mom just leaded me around and sometimes we stopped and she bought something.
"Want something?" I looked over at her. "pretty ring? or.." she searched for words again. "bracelet?" she pointed to the table with jewelry.
I walked closer to the stand and an idea came into my mind. "This is ring." I pointed to the rings, she carefully listened. "that's a bracelet" I moved my hand, she nodded and understood what I was doing.
I thought maybe I could teach her some English. "this is a necklace." she gave me a thumbs up and I started giggling. "In korean?" I asked and she raised her eyebrows.
"You want to learn?" I softly nodded and she did the same order. "This is banji", she slowly said and I repeated after her. "That's palzzi." she pointed to the bracelet. "and this, mokgeori", I saw the seller look at us with a confused face.
"She is looking at us." I whispered and Chaeyoung's mom looked over. She told the seller something and she turned her head around. "Let's go." Her hand went back on my arm and we continued on studying together.
