Jeremy sat down next to Michael, giving him a hug. Christine sat next to Jeremy, her head resting on his shoulder. 

Rich leaned against a wall, not wanting to sit down with the others. All the others sat down next to them

"Okay, Jer. You can lean off of me now and head to your friend," Michael said, a hint of jealousy in his voice. He had liked Jeremy as more than a friend, even his mothers knew, even Jeremy's father knew.

"I'm guessing it's starting now, everyone be quiet!" Christine squeaked out, she was a theatre kid, don't get me wrong.

(We see JEREMY at home, before school. He's at his computer, furiously waiting for something to load. We get the impression it might be homework or something huge)

"On the laptop, seems like homework to me." The SQUIP said. 
"Never mind.."
Jeremy's face turned red, he forgot that the SQUIP was still part of him, just not existing as much.

"What's the hurry for, Jer?" Michael said, quite intrigued as to what Jeremy's doing.

"That's, I guess we're not any better, ay?" Jake said, nudging Rich and Michael, Michael quickly moving away, embarrassed.
"Michael, you good?" Jeremy pointed out Michael's red face, he turned red when he was embarrassed, but so did Jeremy.

"Damn dude, could've stated you felt uncomfortable around me.." Michael said, not fully understanding what the lyrics meant. 
"Micha, that's not what I meant, Its just, getting picked on, getting called "tall ass", and just all the-- the girls."
That sentence hurt Michaels heart, he knew Jeremy didn't like like him, and he had another best friend; but he had fallen for Jeremy.
