I was standing next to Yuji outside.
"Itadori." Yuji faced the voice. "You okay?"
"Yeah, sounds like I've got a big role, but I'll manage."
"I'm not talking about that." Fushiguro looked at me, then back to Yuji.
"Something happened, right?"
"Huh? Nothing happened." Yuji placed his elbows on my shoulders. I glared at him.
Fushiguro had a bored expression.
"Okay, it did. But it's true. I'm fine."
I looked at the wall, remembering Junpei's tear-covered face. My expression softening, almost into a saddened expression.
"In fact, because of what happened, I don't want to lose to anyone." Yuji smiled.
"Okay, then. I don't really want to lose either." Fushiguro spoke walking away from us.
"Ooo, is our dear boy, Megumi finally showing his competitive side?" I teased.
His eyes stayed in a glare, but his lips softly turned into the smallest smile.
I smiled wide in hopes his smile would grow more. It didn't.
I pouted, "Come on pretty boy. Let's go kick some ass." I smiled running next to him.
Nobara spoke, "You've already been sent rolling once, I'd expect you to show more emotion."
Nobara held her hand up high, "Overwhelm them!"
"Yeah! Let's destroy them!" I yelled.
Yuji stepped to the front, "Let's win!"
Maki kicked him forward. "What do you think you're doing taking the lead."
I giggled. We began walking into the forest.
"We're starting in one minute." Gojo's voice rang through the forest. "Now let's hear some encouraging words from our Utahime-Sensei."
"Huh?" The confused girl yelped.
"Gojo. . . Don't overwhelm the poor girl." Ray's voice mumbled from the background.
"I can do it!" She yelled. "Um, some degree of injury will be unavoidable, but um. . ."
"You don't sound as cool as you think you do," Ray spoke.
"Shuddup." She growled. "U-Um, help each other out-"
"Times up." Gojo sang.
"Hey! Gojo, you little-"
"Now let's get this sister-school exchange event. . . Begin!"
We started running.
"Where do you think the Cursed spirit boss is?" Yuji asked Maki.
"Probably in the middle of both schools, but it's not just gonna sit still. We'll split up into Megumi's and Panda's squad for scouting. We'll be counting on you after that, Yuji."
We continued running.
A spider-like curse fell from the trees.
"Stop, Senpai!" Yuji yelled.
Man-bun crashed through the trees. "Oh good, you're all here. Come at me altogether!" He yelled.
Yuji ran at him, just like we planned. "Scatter!" Was yelled when Yuji kneed him in the face.
