Om Gauri bela is in their final year. Mahir went abroad for higher studies. Dev and shivaay taking their companies to different heights. Rudy is in his 12th. Payal and prinku in their 9th.
One day when Om ri and bela are in college Om got a call
Om : hello dev bhaiya.
Dev : haa Om teeno jaldi city hospital aajao
Om : kya hua bhaiya
Dev : papa achanak behosh ho gaye hai

Bela : chalo jaldi HOD se permission leke chalte hai

She is crying in Om's shoulder. Bela is also crying. Dev said not to inform mahir because he is having his final exams.
After 1 hour doctor came Everyone rushed towards the dr.
Dev : dr what happened to him ?
Om : is he okay.?
Dr : He is alright now but he had heart attack. Due to his work pressure stress and avoiding his health lead to this. I would suggest u to hire a Personal dietician to take care of him and health.
Bela : hosh kab tak aayega dr..?
Dr : maybe in an hour or two.?
Ri : thank you dr. Will u suggest some dietician ?
Dr : yeah here there is dietician she wanna resign from here for personal inconvenience but I don't know she will accept the offer of personal dietician.
Ri : aap boliye hum bhat karte hai dr.
Dr : nurse take them to the dietician

Dev : mein chalta hun dietician se milne
Ri : nahi aap rukiye aap jayenge tho use request nahi karengi order dengi sab bikar jayega. Yaad hai na woh PA interview
