first of all, i really don't care what the scale says. i don't weigh myself, and i'm not going to. my goal is to be happy with what i see in the mirror. 

my goals
- lose fat in my stomach
- lose fat in my thighs
- lose fat in my calves
- lose a little fat in my arms

i'm going to be
- moving a lot. a lot of dancing, turns, kicks, etc to burn calories in a fun way
- lilly sabris hourglass workout
- biking and swimming a lot
- 1500 cal deficit
- drink at least a gallon of water a day
