Chapter 53: Extra 3 - B*tch!

Chen Guo had never met someone as shameless as the bearded dirty old man who called her b*tch in their first encounter in GLORY.

Wei Chen had never met a woman who completely embodied what he viewed as a woman’s inborn trait: kind-hearted, weak, sensitive, and don’t listen to reasons.

But as they gradually learned about each other, some views changed and some remained.

Chen Guo still believed that Wei Chen is a dirty chimney whose shamelessness could reach the heavens. But now she also sees him as a man who would give his heart and respect to the things that he loves.

Wei Chen still see Chen Guo as an emotional woman, but her fieriness gives spice and flavor to his everyday life. A feeling that even Glory couldn’t give him, an addiction that even kpop songs couldn’t affect him.

Maybe it was the fate that let this two colliding forces to meet or maybe it was the hearts that were too hard to control and predict.

It just happened that when Chen Guo woke up one morning, she was no longer bothered by Wei Chen’s shamelessness. She had fully accustomed herself to Wei Chen’s daily dose of teasing just like how Wei Chen live off from his kpop collections.

And Wei Chen who loved to tease Chen Guo had not noticed how his teasing turned real and how her yells had turned to music in his ears, better than the best hit song of Red Velvet.

“I’m always the one taking advantage of you, why don’t you try taking advantage of me?”

It was just a common nonsense that Wei Chen’s mouth would spout. However, Chen Guo still couldn’t stop the erratic beating of her heart. She wanted to yell just like what she always did to hide her feelings whenever Wei Chen’s shamelessness would mysteriously affect her. But now she couldn’t. She could no longer fool Wei Chen when she could no longer fool her own heart.

She had no idea when it started. When she realized it, she already fell for the shameless dirty old man who called her b*tch in their first encounter in Glory. She’s now trap in the man’s Hexagram Prison and it was not just nine seconds but a time unknown, perhaps forever or till death do their hearts would part.

Chen Guo couldn’t believe herself for thinking about her future with Wei Chen, but she indeed did. Maybe, Wei Chen had cursed her or he had used a taunt skill that taunted her heart towards him.

Chen Guo was not someone who would choose to run away from her own feelings. So when reality hit her, she did go for it. Wei Chen was indeed always taking advantage of her so why not try taking advantage of him too? Even though, Wei Chen might not be in disadvantage with what she will going to do.

Chen Guo cut the remaining distance between them. She tiptoed and gave the dirty old man a peck in the cheeks before running away bashfully with a face as hot as a chilly.

Chen Guo was not someone who would choose to run away from her own feelings, but she was someone who would run away from shame. She was not Wei Chen after all.

However, her momentary courage would be the catalyst of their chaotic yet fun relationship…

Wei Chen was afraid. When he realized that he genuinely like someone for the first time in his life, he was scared sh*tless. Not because he was afraid to be a battered husband given Chen Guo’s fiery personality. Instead, he was afraid that he wasn’t enough to make the fiery woman fall for him. Because who was he? An old shameless bastard who women would chose to avoid. Wei Chen was indeed shameless, but behind his shamelessness was an insecure old man.

He just didn’t expect for himself to be a son of the God of Luck…

Wei Chen stood frozen, holding his right cheek as he watched the back of the adorable running woman in a state of shock.

He successfully discovered a way to increase skill points which other big guilds didn’t even discovered. He managed to go back to the pro-scene with the age double as the Blue Rain’s new star. But what was the most unbelievable from all of these impossibilities was the fact that he managed to move the heart of the fiery woman who aimed her canon to his head when they first met in the game he loves. Even though, Chen Guo had missed his head in the end. Only if Ye Xiu…anyway let’s continue.

Who would have thought that she would also be someone that he will dedicate his passion into?

Fate is indeed unpredictable. But letting the two of them meet was its greatest gift to him. And Wei Chen would treat this gift dearly just like how he loves Glory.
