5 - Date pt2

As you're walking on the sidewalk to the park your heart is practically jumping out of your through. You look around for a guy in a dark blue hoodie. And when you see him sitting on a bench you instantly feel excited and sick all at once.

'I-is this ok...?' you mumble to yourself. You take a deep breath and walk towards him. And before you even get there, he turns to look at you. He stands up, and walks in your direction with his hood still up.

Your heart beat is so fast. You can practically hear it.

He smiled at you, "Y/n?" he asks. His voice. Oh his voice! It's deep and rough but still smooth. Just hearing it gives you goosebumps.

"D-dabi?" you answer. He giggles and hugs you.

"You're even more beautiful in person!" he exclaims. You're still in his embrace and he smells, AMAZING. You can't even describe it. You take a deep breath in, trying to memorize his smell, and burn it into your memory.

"Thank you. And you're so much more handsome than I had imagined." you blush.

"Oh really?" he teases. You blush even more. He chuckled and grabbed your hand, "lets go to a cafe and go shopping, yeah?" he suggests.

"Sure!" and with that you two started walking and talking. It was awkward at first, but you soon warmed up to him. When you arrived at the cafe he let you pick the table. You picked a table next to the window and he pulled out your chair for you and sat down across from you.

"So...what are you going to order?" he asks you looking at the menu. You look down at the menu and look at the yummy looking treats.

"Uh.... I think I want a boba tea and a piece of the strawberry cake." you say with a smile.

"Ok then," he waves down the waiter and tells him your order, "and then i'll have a black coffee, no cream." he says.

"Ew. Why black coffee?" you ask, "do you not like sweats?"

"Heh.. not really. I like the way plain coffee tastes. But you like sweets right?" he asks. You look down and blush a bit and nod your head.

"Yeah. I love sweets. There are so many kinds and they are all so yummy!" you explain, "I love fruity things too!"

He smiles and puts his hand on yours, "Thanks for agreeing to meet with my Y/n."

"O-of course Dabi! I was so excited to come out today," you say. Right then the waiter brings out your food and puts it on the table. You stare at the cake like it's the love of your life. Dabi brings the cup of coffee to his lips and takes a sip. You pick up your fork with a gleeful smile, and cut into the slice of cake. You put it in your mouth tasting the flavors of the sweet and bitter strawberries, colliding with the sweet and fluffy cream.

"Looks like you're enjoying that," Dabi says with a smile. You nod your head and take another bite. He snickers.

[time skip to when you tone eating and walking.]

"That was so good!" you say with a smile. You had finished your tea and your cake. Dabi had also finished his coffee.

"Shall we go then?" he asks. You nod and smile.

"Sure! Where do you want to go next?" you ask. He looks at his phone and back at you.

"We can still go shopping if you want. It's not that late yet," he offers.

"Sure!" you get up and begin to walk out of the cafe together, leaving the money and tip on the table. You walk side by side and you can't help but smile.
