"hey."
taehyung turned from talking to jungkook, a soft smile on his face as his eyes met the fox ones on yeji. "hi." he said, the two giggling a little after.
after the whole speech and abrupt change of everything earlier that night, the ball went on. and people went back to celebrating. sure, they were all still in shock and a little stunned. but it was something to now be apart of.
taehyung was surprised how good everyone was taking it. and no one started to start a hate crime or riot. but, it was now obvious that most people were open minded, more or less. but they had just been 'oppressed' for so long under his 'father', that they just went along with his orders.

"so... i guess everything went well then?" yeji teased, taehyung laughed with a nod. "yeah.." he said softly.
"actually, i really want to thank you. i probably wouldnt even had gone through with everything if you werent there to help." taehyung said softly. yeji smiled widely. "of course!" she said happily.
as the two fell into small talk, they heard some crashing and scared screaming on the other side of the ball room.
yejis eyes widened as she saw her little brother chasing something on the desert table. "oh goodness! i think my little brother brought his pet frog- i have to go!" she said.
taehyung laughed a little but nodded. "ok-" he said, cutting himself off when yeji pulled him into a hug. "i hope we can still be friends." she said in the hug.
taehyung smiled. "of course." he said before the two pulled away. yeji hearing another crash panicked. "ok, i really have to go now. before he causes some serious problems." she said before running off.
taehyung laughed again, pausing when he felt a soft hand on his wait.
turning around taehyung met the eyes of jungkook. taehyung smiled softly at him. the older smiled back.
"im sorry your mother isnt here." taehyung said pouting. jungkook shrugged. "shes probably busy. but we can see her tomorrow." he said. taehyung nodded, before gasping slightly.
"thats right! the wedding. is that gonna be canceled now?" taehyung asked confused. jungkook chuckled softly, motioning his head with a slight movement. making taehyung look over to jimin and yoongi who were feeding eachother cupcakes.
taehyung gasped again. "lets go talk tot hem!" he said dragging jungkooks hand. the ravenette chuckled softly, following the now eager taehyung.
"hi jiminie!" taehyung said waving. jimin paused from feeding yoongi a cupcake, looking to taehyung, a bright smile rising to his lips. "hi!" he said standing up to hug his brother.
"how are you?" taehyung asked after the hug was broke. jimin chuckled. "i literally talked to you like 20 minutes ago." he said. taehyung shrugged, looking back to the silent yoongi. jimins crown still crookedly placed on his head.
jimin noticed this, and quickly pulled yoongi to his side. "this is yoongi." he said, introducing the older. yoongi awkwardly waved. taehyung grew a little shy infront of the guard but waved back.
"hi, nice to meet you.. sorry for last time." taehyung said softly, remembering the library incident. yoongi shrugged. "its ok. nice to meet you too." he said softly.
