I Wanna Feel You Close

5:47. "Who could be knocking so early?"  you ask yourself as you drag yourself out of bed, still in your pj's. You at least brush your hair in case it's someone from the team. You slowly make your way to the door, and open it. There stood Jesse and Genji in their Blackwatch clothes. 

Jesses looks at you and says, "Hope we didn't wake you, Darlin', but boss man wants us in the meeting room by 6:30." You just blankly stare at the both of them until Genji finally speaks up and restates what McCree said and you start to panic. It was already 6 and you had to put makeup on and get dressed and do your hair. You wouldn't have enough time. Before you close the door, you yell, "Thanks for letting me know! Cya later!" and rush to get clothes on and throw your hair up in a messy bun. You start to rush to do your makeup but don't ever really wear much anyways. just concealer, eyeliner, eyeshadow, and black lipstick. So edgy. 

You cut all the lights off and rush out the door, hauling ass so you're not late. again. Once you get to the large meeting room, you feel relieved that Gabriel wasn't there yet, so you take a seat away from everyone. When Gabriel finally arrives, he looks at you and says, "Glad to see you're not late today."  McCree and Moira look at you, smiling. Genji looked, but you're still not sure what face he's making under his mask. You look away, embarrassed.  He goes on to explain the details of the next mission.

 After what felt like 10 hours, you are all dismissed, and as you start walking towards your dorm, you hear footsteps come up behind you. They're walking at a slower pace but taking bigger strides. You know it's Moira. Her longs were longer than anyone else on the team. You turn around right as she steps to you. She looks down onto you and says, "I have got your schedule for this coming week. Starting Monday. That's when we'll be working together. Looks like you got what you wanted, Y/N." You shakily grab it, both scared and excited, and feel your face turn 75 different shades of red.

She smiles and turns and walks away towards her lab. You clutch your schedule and continue walking back to your dorm. Once you unlock the door and step in. You set your schedule down and hop onto your couch, kicking your legs and squealing into a pillow. You sit your head up, gasp, and say, "Oh my god I think I love her... Nah! I'm crazy. Well? Yea I think I do." You groan and slam your face back into the pillow. You scream the lyrics to your favorite song by the best lesbian musician, Girl in Red. 

You scream, "Oh, Hannah, tell me something nice! Like flowers and blue skies! Oh, Hannah, I will follow you home! Although my lips are blue and I'm cold!" Once you're done screaming, you sit back up, "Ugh. I just want her to hold me close. She's literally perfect and I've known her FOR TWO DAYS!" 

You stand up and groan, stepping back out of your dorm. You just walk around, exploring the area. You walk past the giant glass window, but don't see Genji training today.  You see the dark glass window and sit down under it in the large hallway, sighing.  You put your head on your knees and sit there, dozing off from being woken up so early. When you wake up you're back in your dorm, under your blankets on your bed. On your nightstand sits a little note that says, "You left your door unlocked. Couldn't let you sleep out in the open like that either, so i did you a favor and brought you back." 

Why couldn't you stay?
