Light and darkness ( raven and guardian story)

The rescue

-as the titan raven and the new visitor to earth kuramu follow the tracking device in the titans phones somthing comes to ravens mind-

Raven:hey..you said you're immortal right?:-she looks at me as we walk-

"Well..yes and no I do die..but my buddy ghost can bring me back no matter what happens "-looks to her as our eyes meet-"tho..it"

Raven:what?:

I've been a guardian along..time and I get it,my job i mean but it takes a toll"-looks forward-"every time I come back its to the same thing..someone wanting to destroy..I there are times when I'm proud to be a guardian but..I don't know why I still do it all..just woke up and they said hey your this that and that..people the humans they look at me in awe..but i, sometimes I forget to feel and"-looks at my hands-"some times I think I'm just a machine..a body with nothing in it..an empty vessel for this one "-looks at ghost-

Ghost:hey hey don't think of it like that were guardians of the light"

"And to this day we still fight the dark..it will never end..sometimes I envy the dead guardians"

Ghost:GUARDIAN!:

"OH SHUT UP YOU!"-i snap at him looking at him-"you dont experience the pain of death!!!..you just watch me get torn apart or..shot..blown up and you just pick me back up..to..to suffer more of this!!!"-stops and turns to the ghost-"not once..not once was I offered peace only..hey guardian go fight this evil tentical monster that someone woke up!!!"

Raven:-she watches as she slowly grabs my arm-:hey:

-stops from saying anything else as I turn to look at her-"i..im sorry that..wasn't ment to come out like that i"

Raven:its..fine mabe when we get the others..id like to bring you somewhere  ilike to go..for quiet time

"Right your friends"-nods as I start to walk and after a bit if walking we stop infront if a warehouse-

Raven:there in here:

-stands infront if the door and kicks it in as I walk in-

Raven:well..not the first approach I would take but..it gets the job done I suppose:

-shrugs while I walk in-

-the lights kick on showing the titans locked in a lazer cell-

Raven:guys:

Robin:raven!..and the other guy!

Cyborg:sweet you brought space guy!:

Robin:look the brain trapped us in yo

-a few mechs land infront of the cage-

These..are the bad guys..yea?"

Raven:yea:

-runs forward as one of the mech fires a lazer beam at me as I slide to my knees leaning back as it goes over me as I kick a foot forward I launch myself at it forming a glowing knife in my hand and sinks it into the mechs jaw and thrusting up slicing the head open as the mech falls back i hold on standing on it as I pull out my hand cannon aiming it at another mech and fires a few rounds into that mechs head as the last mech rushed me smacking me into the wall as it fires off its cannon at me blowing me and the wall up-

Raven:kuramu?!:

Brain:-comes out of hiding-:I wasnt expecting a 6th member of the titans..new members don't last to long..now you raven..if you don't get in the cell..your friends wi-the wall rubble moves as I step out of it glowing-:w..what?!:-the brain looks at me-:thats..impossible:

Raven:-she floats up alittle higher as shards of the destroyed mechs float around her she waves her hands high into the air as the plunged into the last mech-

Mhn..dam"-rubs my head as I walk up to the brain pressing the barrel of the gun to its head pulling the hammer back-

Robin:no stop dont!!:

-the hammer cocks back as I go to pull the trigger as a hand rests in the gun as I look to see its ravens hand-

Raven:you dont..need to always..kill:

"But..if I don't this one will casue more problems "

Raven:and that..is our job we deal with bad guys differently around here not killing them..just putting them away..hoping they see the light..and change:

-looks at her for a bit long as I push the hammer forward slowly as my gun slowly aims lower-"i..see im sorry I just..busted in like that"

Raven:-she nods as she walks  over finding the switch to the cell as it unlocks the others walk over-

Robin:thank you..kuramu was it?"

"Yea.."

Robin:well..while.your ship is being fixed..we could sure use your help while your here:

Ghost:guardian we hav-i interput him-

"I'll do it"

-some time passes as we're all back at the titan tower as I sit in the nice room Robin has lent me..a closet bed big enough for a king..a small what seems to be a fridge loaded with energy drinks..and a stack of yaoi that wasn't there before but..now is there..magical yaoi it must be..and my window nice one to see  an ocean view..this earths ocean is beautiful-

- a knock at my door catches me from the gazing of the sea as I walk over opening It to see raven-

Raven:hey..would you like to come with me to that spot I mentioned?:

"Sure"-i nod as I follow her walking soon we make it to the roof the night time sky-

Raven:meditating helps calm and think about what you want..and you reak of stress and tension so:-she floats in a crossed leg position as I copy her but sitting closing my eyes-:the sound of the crashing sea..:

Raven:how does it feel?:

"Well sitting like this is new so

Raven:no..not taking a life:

"Its..new to me like..problems usually arises more when you kill them..then you kill more and more...then you lose though..and when I'm killed..and come back..its almost like I lost somthing..that I once had

Raven:well..in the time you stay..hopeful you will see things differently:

Raven:- nods as a few hours have passed as I feel somthing fall down onto my shoulder

-i look over seeing its raven and she's fallen asleep-

"Mhm..raven"-blushing lightly as I move my arm slowly wrapping it around her shoulders as I move myself to slide my other arm under her knees as I gently lift her up making my way to where I remberd her room was as I open the door I look around-"whoa..now this is decor",walks over to her bed and slowly lays her dowm putting the blanket over her-" goodnight raven..sleep well"-walks out closing the door-

Ghost:-comes out as he whispers-:guardian you have to be carefull she's shrouded by darkness-

"Look here you..im going to enjoy the time I have, now if you excuse me..im off to bed"-sighs as I walk to my room closing the door and heading off to bed-
