(Leonardo x Karai )
—> Leorai has been one of our favourite ships. (Accept people who think it's incest— it's actually not)
Leonardo, who is the blue-masked mutant turtle humanoid and is the eldest and the leader among his 3 brothers, falls in love with Karai in his first sight. Karai is an interesting opponent as she impresses Leo with her sick moves, has great sense of humour and thinks Leo is quite adorable. Leonardo cares for her and eventually he is acknowledged by his sensei that she is the one who got kidnapped by Oruku Saki, the one and only .. his actual biological daughter, Karai. Then of course, she returns after believing in the turtles and gets mutated as a serpent. When Baxter turns her back into a half-human, she tries to fight the brain-worm and escapes from the Shredder and lives her happy life.
In this book Splinter is alive, while Shredder is dead :)
