Abstract :
Love seems to give a tougher way out for both Shivay and Anika.
Shivay is not ready to accept Anika and Anika is already head over heels in love with Shivay from the past ten years. Marrying him was not her choice but her obligation . But for Shivaay she was a betrayer. She knew he didn't want to marry her , still she accepted the proposal.
Some feelings take time to knock you down and at the same time let you go . Shivaay and Annika both didn't have a choice rather than being tied in this pure relationships.
Author's comments:
This book is really close to me as it's my first book in Shivika fandom. Also, I got a lot of friends and recognition through this book. To start with, I never thought this fandom will be soo welcoming and warm. People were soo sweet and encouraged me a lot to write and dream.
Love on hold was originally inspired from a Telugu movie called Majili I saw in my sister's place. Immediately Shivika came in my mind and I was craving to write on the same plot. That's when I started love on hold.
In middle I really felt like giving up and wrap up writing , but my readers and friend kept motivating me to go on, write and finish the story.
I had a different ending to this book cancelling The blood cancer plot. I had a plan to finish the book when Shivaay bursts into Annika's fake marriage and finish there. But then my sweet readers didn't want the book to complete so, I changed it as Annika having blood cancer and hid it from Shivaay. I guess , the ending which I gave suited perfectly to the love intense story.
Closing it , I had a great experience reading comments, writing and interacting with readers who kept giving that book love and support through out.
