chapter 25

Alex's POV:

Today Cameron and I are finally going to go on our road trip. It took a while for my mom to allow for us to go but, she caved in eventually.

I was putting the last of my bags in the trunk of the car when Cameron came walking out with Starbucks in one hand and Hus phone in the other. He came up to me and wrapped his arms around my waist. He had his head on my shoulder.

"You look nice today." He said and kissed my cheek. I turned so that we were face to face.

"Thank you. You don't look half bad yourself." I smirked. My mom then walked outside. She came up and gave me a big hug.

"I'll miss you." She said.

"I'll miss you too." I replied. We pulled apart and she kissed my cheek. I smiled and got into the car with Cameron.

Cameron and I decided to go to Rhode Island for the weekend. Since we lived in Connecticut (just pretend), it only took us a few hours to get there. Cameron rented a beach house for the week. We got to the house and it was beautiful. I quickly ran up to my room and plopped myself onto the bed. Cameron came walking in behind me. He layed down next to me and then pulled me ontop of him, so that I was laying on his chest.

"I'm so lucky." He said out of the blue. I looked at him.

"Why is that?" I asked.

"Because I have an amazing and beautiful girlfriend." He said and smiled. I leaned up more and pressed my lips against his. We pulled apart.

"And I'm pretty damn lucky to have a sweet and caring boyfriend like you." I said. He kissed my forehead and picked me up bridal style. I was a laughing mess.

"What are you doing?" I asked while he started running through the house. He finally put me down.

"Let's do something." He whinned.

"Ok, let's do it." I said.

We decided to walk down to the boardwalk, since it was like right in font of us. We noticed that there was a very big crowd of people. So we decided to see what it was. We walked over and wasn't exactly able to see who the person was. I grabbed Cam's wrist and squeezed through the crowd, only to be face to face with Madison Beer, once again. Just fucking great.
