A hard slap on the alarm clock successfully turning off the alarm.
Hunter opens his eyes, his vision is too blurry and his ears is ringing, hes too mind is too fuzzy to sit up.
Hunter gathered his thoughts and look at the alarm clock. He jumped out of the bed when he realizes it's already 8:30!
He is supposed to be at work at 9!

He runs to his bathroom to wash his face and brush his teeth. His roommate, Alyssa (23) was sitting in their living room sofa.
"Hey isn't this your first day? Why are you still here?" Alyssa ask without turning her head, she was focusing on the tv.
"yeaaah, no time to explain" he said hurriedly and runs again to his bedroom to find his shirt.
He doesn't have time dress up! All he can think about how he can get to the bus as soon as possible.
He grabs his trusty blue shirt and he grabs a long black pants. He wore it quickly, then he brushed his hair. His middle-parted hair falls perfectly today. Maybe it's because he uses conditioner religiously.
He runs down the apartment building and get to the nearest bus stop

He finally arrived at the bus stop that's near to the office, so now he has to run again!

Hunter loses his breath, he was panting, he's trying to catch his breath.
Hunter walks to the receptionist to inform that his the new intern.
"Can I have your name, please?"
"Uh.. it's Hunter" he's still trying to catch his breath and also he's very NERVOUS.
"Last name?" She lift up her face
"Oh sorry, it's Jacobs"
Hunter looks down, he's embarrassed because he's already messing up the first thing he's ever done in this building.
The receptionist gives Hunter his ID card to access the building's facility.
"Thanks, Ma'am!" Hunter said giddily
Hunter slides his card into the machine thingy you found in office buildings. When he successfully gets in, he immediately runs for the elevator.
A tall man, with a dark slick hair, and a very broad shoulders is walking towards the elevator. Hunter can only see his back, but he knows he's looking at someone resembling the likeness of Greek Gods.
The tall man gets inside the elevator and immediately turn the other way, facing Hunter on his track.
They locked eyes for a moment, but it felt like centuries. In those split seconds, Hunter is learning every detail of his face as much as he could.
He has deep sets of eyes, a nice pointy nose, and lips you can get lost in. Ah he was perfect.
Hunter stops in his track as the elevator door shuts close. The tall man didn't even wait for a second to hold the door for him.
Hunter steps back and waits for another elevator.

He finally got to his floor, the newsroom is at floor 44. The elevator ride was a bit disorienting because of how fast it was.
He taps his card into the machine near the door to clock in. He was super late, by exactly 1 hour.
Can you imagine being late on the first day of your internship?
He search for someone he can ask to and he find another receptionist lady and this time it's a young girl, very welcoming, and very sweet.
"Hello, how can I help you?" She said with a smile plastered on her face.
"Hi, I'm Hunter Jacobs, and it's supposed to be my first day interning here" Hunter said with a frown on his face
"Supposed to be?" She said confusedly
"I'm one hour late, I don't know if I still get the job" Hunter shrugged his shoulders.
"Don't worry" she smiles, "now, what department will you be working on?"
"I believe it's the research department"
"Oof" she murmurs
"What was that?" Hunter chuckles
"Nothing, I'm sorry" She tries to brush it off with a little laugh, "you just have to go straight from here and to the first room after you turn left on the hall"
"O-kay..?" Hunter doubts he will find the room just by the instructions. "Thanks, by the way" Hunter puts his hand out wanting to know her name
"It's Sofia" she shakes Hunter's hand and gives him the sweetest smile.

Hunter walks to the room as he was instructed to and when he opens the door he couldn't believe what he saw. His knees went weak.
It was that tall handsome man he saw earlier!
