My God its harder than i thought it would be
well the training
started a little harder than usual
we did duck walks litteraly duck walks and jump in a duck walk position, animal walks and squatras mountain climbers jumping jacks and some push ups, tensing and sprints
i can feel my sweat pouring down my body it felt good thou.
i can feel the cramps,pain and fatigue of my muscles . i can feel the pain its like ther is something hot inside..
can you imagine the pain ?
well it feels good when you get used to it . your muscles will crave for it .
the good thing is there are less sparing and just partner play .
this went on as the weeks follow
then the day we were waiting for
the day we trained for
the day we were trained for
is only two days away
i wont lose
if i lose i will waste everything , my freinds un ending cheer, my fathers countless teachings my moms unending support my coaches persiverance in training me.
i didnt train just to lose infront of many people! i will win! whatever it takes!!! i will get that GOLD MEDAL!!! and aint nobody gonna take it form me!!!!!
