Prologue
What is magic? According to the Miriam- Webster dictionary, the definition of magic is an extraordinary power or influence seemingly from a supernatural source. Or in simpler terms, it is when something impossible or amazing happens. It is also an unbelievable or rare occurence.
Basically, it is kind of a miracle.
For some people, the way to achieve magic is through the power of 'wishes.' Wishes are requests and desires of what we want, or want to happen. People make a wish and wait for it to come true, or wait for the magic to happen.
In days like December twelve, two- thousand and twelve at twelve- twelve a.m. or p.m. on the twelfth second, people make twelve wishes.
Some people do not believe in such things, but others choose to wait for one of the magical days of the year, the night of New Year's Eve.
New Year's Eve is a time of forgiveness, hope, love and.. magic. It is where we choose to leave our past behind and focus on the new year that is about to happen. Some say it is the day where our leftover wishews come true. Or could it be something better?
The question is, do we believe in magic?
For six hopeful girls, they certainly did.
