LOVE HOTEL/NO EXIT

By: Casmultifan

Sometimes Love can turn into disaster. Sometimes, Situation will turn to worst and Blaming someone is not a solution. At the very last, we held each others hand and face our fate.

It’s getting dark and the rain is pouring. I’m walking with my umbrella and this place is known as a flood area. I’m scared to get drown because I don’t know how to swim. I saw a stranded car that continued to go the Love hotel, there’s no option, the flood is getting worst. I need to book a room, at least at the higher place. I go to the receptionist directly so I can rent an available room because sooner or later the situation might get worst.

A man from a luxurious car also go to receptionist but only one room is available. This can’t be. He’s willing to pay a million just to get save from the flood. This can’t be, I don’t afford a million. That was so expensive in this critical situation. Then that male suggested to share that room with me. He’s a stranger but I have no choice but to survive in this dying situation so I agreed but I’m hesitating. What if he’s a maniac? I don’t know. I’m so judgemental.

The flood is getting higher. We got the highest room because it was the tallest building in the entire community and the flood is getting worst. I felt guilty. I’m on the safe place but what about those people who can’t afford to rent the highest part of the hotel? I opened the window. The flood is at the high risk that it reached the top of a tree. It’s like the entire community was a lake. My tears are falling.

“Don’t be afraid, were in the highest place” he said.

“But what about those people who can’t rent the highest place, can we help them?” I asked.

“Just sleep, you just shared on my room, I payed the entire bill”

He doesn’t have conscience.

“Close the window, it’s cold” he said and I did.

The light was off. It’s black out and I guess it’s because the electric wires got reached by the flood. We panicked and open the flashlight of our cellphones. We go outside our room. The flood reached the 105th floor. It wasn’t just a flood it’s a storm surge or tsunami. I started crying while praying.

“God please forgive my sins, please help me”

“Let’s search for other survivors” he said. I followed him.

“If we just done this earlier…” I uttered while my voice and my body was shaking because of fear and guilt.

“HEEEEEEEEEEELP!” someone shouted then we ran quickly to get there.

It was female and she was pregnant. It seems like she’s about the give birth in a minute but the flood reached our knee.

“Let’s put her inside the room, she can lay on the bed” I suggested.

So he carried her to the room then she gave birth there. It was baby boy.

“BAAAAAANG!” we heard a loud bang from the other room. We ran there quickly and saw a young male crying.

“Come here” I said and hugged him.

“Keep calm” I added and gave him a fake smile.

“Where’s the loud bang came from?” he asked.

Then the young male pointed at the right direction. Opposite with ours so we need to turn back. Then we saw a male and female fighting.

“In this situation, they were fighting?” I asked with a slow voice.
