Y/N stumbled out of the grand building he treasured as a palace, clutching a pristine anime figurine and a new, glistening manga book.
"I can't wait to read these, since the anime didn't get the second season, I guess manga's the only way to go, ANIME ON TOP"
Y/N excitedly exclaimed in his mind, the mind he thought he was alone in.
He kept walking, scratch that he was practically skipping, towards his apartment building. How somebody completely zone out of reality into some happy place is beyond me.
Y/N wanted to arrive home as quick as possible to read this, so much so he was even willing to take a back alley route at the dead of night. Keep in mind, it was super late, around 2am in them morning, and it was the last one in stock, he was already so fortunate with that so what could possibly go wrong, right?
Well the alley turned out to be a gang meet up and guess who waltzed in, giddy in his amazement of a cartoon book and figure. Then the realisation dawned on him as he slowly started to back up. "Look who we have here, another lost puppy", the man who could have only been assumed as the leader said as he stepped forward confidently. "We wouldn't want you snitching now would we?" He said, still walking forward but this time drawing his shank (just a knife really).
