Yes, I do

      A young lady was arguing with her father while they were in their living room and her father named Samuel, he insisted Sam about having a boyfriend. Her father is not that normal kind of father, Samuel was playful and really close to his daughter that is why they are comfortable.

      Her father wants her to also experience what it feels to love and have a relationship as long as it is legal and approved by him. His daughter is named Sam, she is lovely and quiet. She was still arguing with her father because it is alright for her and she doesn't need a boyfriend.

    Her mother passed away because of leukemia when she was in junior high school. She is a newly graduated student and she doesn't have a job. Her father didn't allow her to get a job because of her condition.

    Sam was diagnosed with stage two cancer that is why she is quite pale and there are some bruises on her body due to her condition. She inherited her mother's condition and ended up also having leukemia. She doesn't have any plans to meet a guy and falls in love because of her condition and she already knows what destiny puts them through.

However, her father still insisted on it.

" Sam, I just wanted you to feel how does it feel like, I'm not pushing you away from me, nor forcing to be married and be a wife as soon as possible. I'll just wanted for you to meet your own prince, just like that", her father said.

"But Dad, I will repeat again for a million of times that I'm happy and contented. I don't need a guy to feel loved and happy... I still have you by my side right? So what is the point of finding one if I will still die soon", unconsciously she replied.

     Her father got a little mad because Sam said she didn't want to experience being in love because she already knew what would happen to her. Samuel eventually became sad upon hearing his daughter's response.

    He said that he once lost a woman that he loved, he doesn't want to lose one another, but if the time will come that he needs to let go. He will make sure that this woman is happy enough and also him.

    Samuel kissed his daughter's forehead and promised that he will not insist her to have a boyfriend, he will just let her daughter do what she wants at least it can make her happy and they hugged each other.

     The next day, Samuel's childhood friends went to their house and informed him that they are moving to the house next to them.

     He was surprised and happy at the same time. He invites his friends' family to have dinner with them in their house. Sam was also happy seeing his father being excited to meet his childhood friend.

     She helped to prepare foods and everything, Sam was shocked seeing the son of his father's friends. What a small world for her because the guy is also the guy that has been chatting with her for almost a year. She didn't respond to any of his messages and now they are meeting each other and the worst, he is her father's childhood friend's son.

    The guy named Marco, he was obviously surprised when he met Sam. They didn't talk to each other because of awkwardness, instead they ate their dinner quietly while their parents were happily talking to each other. Until, Mr. Rodrigo introduced his one and only son to Sam and Samuel.
