Dreams

I can't handle it anymore. My heart hurts too much. Why does my fairy tale have to end this way? I thought fairy tales were supposed to have a happy ending. He just one day appeared in front of me like a prince in shining armor. His dimpled smile dazzled me and left me stunned. Our story was so perfect, having only small minor arguments and many beautiful, sweet moments that we both treasured. We were so close to our happily ever after, but God had other plans.
He always told me to persue my dreams. Our love was like a dream, and i don't want it to end. "Don't stop!" he used to say. "Pursue your dreams! Go go go!" Right after, a bright smile would accompany his words.
I have always kept those words in my heart. And i want to go after my dream-like love. He told me to smile everytime I meet him; I will keep that promise forever, so i do smile. This smile is for him, and myself. "Hongbin, we'll meet soon." I whisper into the chilly night air. With a small step off the rooftop, I fall into the empty air and on my way to meet my dream with a smile.
