Jungkook always knew Taehyung, they grew up together. Their parents are good friends, the reason on why they met. Taehyung had always been protective of Jungkook, not because he's older, nor because he's his friend, but because he was told to.

"Protect Jungkook at all cost... "

Jungkook stared at Taehyung, the older became cold ever since an incident. It was when Jungkook told him about his feelings. All this time, Jungkook thought Taehyung showed interest, but no, it was because his parents told him that he should be protected.
"Hyung... " Jungkook says, Taehyung turned his head to the younger, raising his brow with a cold look.

"Yes" Jungkook flinches at the coldness of the older's voice.
"Do you hate me?" Jungkook asks, fiddling with his fingers as he bit his bottom lip witb tears forming in his eyes.
"Yes, and no, Jungkook... I don't know... No more questions" Taehyung says before walking away.
"B-but... You promised... " Jungkook says, letting tears fall down his cheeks and just stood there, frozen.

Taehyung smiled as he sees Jungkook walk down the isle, holding a bouquet of flower as he wore this white suit. Jungkook looked at him, smiling back before his hand is given to his soon-to-be husband.
"Take good care of him" Taehyung says, sighing as he pats Jungkook's lover on the shoulder before he walked away.
"Who would've known... " Taehyung says as he stared at them get married. They both promised to marry each other, right? Jungkook wanted to marry him, but Taehyung? He wanted to, but he can't seem to do, so... Their marriage was arranged, but as time passed by, both fell for each other. Now, Taehyung watched them, with heavy heart.

After all, promises are meant to be broken, right?
