Chapter 6

I sat down in front of them and asked them what they were doing here. My dad angrily said "why did you storm off yesterday?" I glared at  him and said, " Do you really think that i would accept and marry that guy?" My mom looked at me softly and i swore i really wanted to throw up. Then she asked, "why not? he  is a handsome boy." to which i replied "do you really think i would believe you. I know that you both owed a big debt to them and that they are also your best friend dad. Did you really think that you could sell me off like that. For god sake i'm your daughter.

Both of them were silent. "That's what i thought.", i went on. "Whatever our cause is you are still going to marry that boy!", my dad said suddenly. I scoffed and looked at him in disbelief. "I'm your dad and you are going to do as i say you understand?!", he continued on. I could not believe him "woah dad you really are unbelivable." and he stood up saying that the marriage is going to be in a week and then left.

"Why was he so obsessed with the fact of me getting married? I can't understand them. All this time they didn't care about me or what i do?", i thought while looking at the view from my office. Suddenly Jisoo came in my office asking what happened since she heard yelling. I told her everything that happened now and yesterday and criticized of how much of an asshole my parents could be and was shocked that i was going to marry Jimin. But i still couldn't take the fact that i'm getting married in a week. My mood was totally ruined and i think Jisoo noticed since she said, "You know what? let's go get something to eat." I giggled since she really knows how to cheer me up and also the fact i didn't eat breakfast.

Jimin pov 

I was thinking about what happened yesterday. So Hee became someone i didn't expect and also didn't expect to meet her ever again. Also the fact that my arrange marriage is in a week. I'm wondering what is she doing right now...so why not pay her a visit and tease her  a bit since i didn't have any mission.

When i arrived at the company i asked the employees where i could see her then headed to her office. I asked her secretary to let me meet her and i was shocked upon seeing Jisoo. Well i can tell me she was shocked too since she didn't expect to see me here. "Look i don't know why you are here but let me tell you that now isn't a good time to see her.", she speculated. "Why not?", i questioned. "She is not in the mood to be dealing with you right now.", she explained. "Oh come on it won't be long.", i said since i really wanted to see her. "Ok but let me warn you that she isn't the same girl you knew before she really changed so i really that you would be able to deal with her.", she warned me. "I guess i can since i saw a side of her yesterday.", i told her while making my way in her office.

Once i entered i saw her working on some papers. May i just say what i beautiful sight i got in front of me. I think she felt my presence as she looked up. Her eyes widened at the sight of me and asked what i was doing here. "I was bored so i came to see you.", i said. "Well my office isn't your playground that you can come whenever you want and i really don't want to see you. Now that you see that i'm busy GET OUT!" Wow feisty. "Well i guess that you know that our marriage is in one week and from that day you will be my wife and you will live with me." She looked at me instantly and i guessed that she was not happy with the topic.

Kang So Hee pov

Well i don't know what his intention was but why not use it to my advantage. I then replaced my expression with a smirk. He was confused. "Well since you brought that up  take a seat." That boy is very curious isn't he as i looked at him taking a seat. "So what's up?, he asked. "I guess you know the reason of our arrange marriage, don't you?". He nodded. "So how about a deal?", i asked him. "Sure." "Before we go on how much do my parents owe yours?" "5 million dollars." "I'm sorry what?!" i exclaimed in disbelief. "You heard it right." "I know i mean why did they owe so much money." "Well first of all your dad likes gambling and your mom spends it on all on shopping." "Woah i can't believe them. Are they that  poor?", i scoffed. "So what's your deal?"' he asked still waiting for it. "How about a five month contract in which we will get married for only five months and each month i pay off 1 million dollars and when i'm done we will get divorced and let's cover it up with something like we can't live as couple. So agree? I'm sure that we both don't have feelings for each other and it is also a benefit for you." He was speechless until he queried "And in what way will that be of a benefit to me?" I gave him a smirk and i could tell that he was confused. "You can gain your position as a mafia leader and i guess that even after five months you won't lose it, am i right?" Oh boy got shook as hell and gasped "how the hell did you know that? I for sure know that my parents didn't say anything about it and no one knows about it. So?" 

"I have my ways so you agree or not?" "Ugh ok fine i agree since i don't any choice.", he replied. "Good", i said while giving him the contract to sign. Since he had nothing to else to say he got up and left. I was contented that i would only live with him for five months but i was upset that i had to find the truth about my parents like that.
