Levi Sprice's POV
I feel awful for letting that vile person in my house, touching up against Riley. Just thinking about it makes me want to kill Sam, that bastard never deserved to meet him. I can't help but feel guilty, I didn't ever think that would happen to him, I mean I've known Sam for years and he's never done something like this.
I haven't really been able to sleep the past few nights because how bad I feel. It's 4 am and there's not even a sound, how can I not sleep. I carefully got up off the bed trying not to wake Riley up and I made my way towards the bathroom, I flipped on the lightswitch on and walking over to the sink turning the water on and splashing my face with it. I let out a deep sigh letting the water continue running.
I could here Riley stirring in his sleep. I quickly shut off the water and turned off the bathroom light. I walked back into the bedroom and got onto the bed sitting up against the headboard. I'm never gonna fall asleep.
"Are you okay" I heard him whisper as he got closer to me laying his head on my upper thigh, I smiled lightly putting my arm around him,
"Yeah, just go back to sleep" I whispered lightly hoping he would go back to sleep.
"You haven't slept in a couple nights" He said and I sighed lightly, he's so sweet and nice.
"I'm fine just go back to sleep Riley" I said.
I could feel his warm slow breaths on my legs and could see his tired eyes struggling to stay open in the small gleam of moonlight, he was so beautiful. I wish I could take pictures with my mind, his innocents was shinning so bright I couldn't help but smile.
"I can't sleep when your awake" He said and I let out a small chuckle. I like it when he's pushy like this, it's really cute.
"I just feel guilty" I said.
"About what?" He questioned.
"What happened the other day" I said and he let out a sigh.
"You couldn't of predicted it. Now what I can predict is if you don't stop feeling guilty than I guess I can't talk to you any more" He said. I can't get over how adorable he is, everything he does is adorable.
I couldn't help but comply with him.
"Fine" I said and saw as smile appear on his face.
He brings out the best in me.
