The sun is painfully hot today paying no mercy on these medical students who have finally finished their exams.

Even so, it can't beat my happiness. After years of staying inside my room with piles of books with no human interaction I found all these cheerful people around me like strangers.

I was used to isolating myself always reading the black and white print, now all this laugh and smiles were unknown to me.

Have I forgotten how to be a normal human in my quest to achive my dreams?

"At last the final medical exam is over," exclaims sangeetha in a joyful tone.

"Yeah, sangee. I can atlast sleep in peace." Gopika said clapping her hands, but Sangeetha eyes likes she's otherworldly.

"Leave, I can't do anything with you." said sangeetha waving her hands in dismissal.

These two have not changed from year one. They were like siblings always bickering but never failed to hold each other's back.

"Jyothi see where your walking or you'll return home with a broken teeth." Sangeetha joked and the entire gang joined in a laughing parade.

"I think she is training to sleep with her eyes open," said gopika adding more smile on everyone's face except mine.

Name a place and I can sleep there without complaining, yet nothing can compare to the bliss I have while sleeping in algebra class.

"Jyothi is everything alright?" Sangeetha finally asks her placing a hand on her shoulder.

"Yeah kums, you never shut your mouth even when we beg you to do so," Gopika said as everyone stops walking when they reach the nearest bus stop.

"What does kums mean?" I ask Gopika. I know it's another nickname because I'm no stranger to it.

People call me Jyothi Kothi, sleeping beauty, emavari from shinchan for my curly hair, this are just sample.

"Don't you know about Ramayana and Mahabharata?" Gopika says raising an eye brow which are hidden behind her spectacles.

"No," I said giving a akward smile. Everyone look at me like I missed my own wedding. "I have heard about it but never seen it," I quickly add to dissolve the tension.

"There is a person in Ramayana and Mahabharata called Kumbhakaran. He can sleep continuously for six months with no food or anything else. You are very much like him so I'll call you kums,"

"Enough, enough." I said surrendering to them. They begin the regular postmortem for the question paper, checking answer even if it's already over.

I look away not wanting to lose more time then I have already did in studies without spending time with family and friends.

I survey the mass of blue and white student all eyes fixed on papers but one colour stands out.

A man wearing yellow turban with a peacock feather was looking at me with calculative eyes. He wore no shirt but instead a orange jacket with blue patayala pants.
