(Y/n P.O.V)
It was finally morning, Kakashi questioned why I was awake before him and I wrote to him that I just woke up earlier.
{timeskip to the academy 😐}
"We will now start the final exam." 'Wait- huh. KAKASHI DIDNT TELL ME THE FINAL EXAM WAS TODAY!?' "When your name is called proceed to the exam room. The test will be on the clone jutsu." 'Oh.. I've got this alright!'
A few minutes passed and my name was called. I headed over to the exam room and was met with Mizuki sensei and Iruka sensei, I bowed and walked forward.
"Alright Y/n you just have to make 3 effective clones and you pass." I put my hands in the tiger seal and gathered chakra. Then did the hand seals, Ram, Snake and Tiger. 3 stable clones appeared beside me and I relaxed.
"Good job Y/n, you may take a headband." I walked up and chose a (Whatever color) one and put it on my (Whatever body part). I left the room and made my way outside, there I saw a sad Naruto on the swing. 'Did he not pass?' I walked up to him and bent down. "Oh hey Y/n, I see that you passed." 'He sounded sad... I guess he didn't pass.' I stood up straight and put my hands on my hips. Naruto looked at me with confusion.
"Mhmmhm!" I attempted to speak. Naruto then stood up too with confident eyes.
"You're right Y/n! I shouldn't give up! I am going to be Hokage after all, and I'll be the best one!" he got what I was trying to say! I smiled with my eyes and gave him a hug, I felt him stiffen for some reason but that didn't stop me and he eventually hugged me back. After a few seconds we parted and flashed him a reassuring smile. I realized that I had to go to the training grounds to wait for Kakashi so I waved to Naruto and went on my way.
Once I arrived I saw that one boy with duck hair, Sasuke was it? Yeah, Sasuke. I walked up to him and waved while smiling. He looked at me for a moment then turned back around to train. 'Pfft, rude.'
(Sasuke P.O.V, hah bet you didn't see that coming 😏)
I was training when I saw the person from yesterday approach me. I silently scoffed and ignored them as they waved at me. Out of the side of my eye I could see them looking angry? Or were they offended..? They don't seem like a fan. They seem different. A few seconds passed and I realized I was staring. I felt warmth in my face for a split second and scoffed again, turning around to leave. I don't need distractions.
(Y/n P.O.V)
How rude of him, he couldn't even wave back? Pfft whatever.. I sat down on the grass and waited for Kakashi. After a while he showed up and we went on our way.
{Timeskip}
We were at home now and it was about time for bed. I lie down and closed my eyes but soon enough they shot back open. Every time I shut my eyes I'd see my dream again. It was terrifying. I again didn't sleep that night.
{The next morning}
Kakashi questioned again why I was awake before him and I just gave him the same response.
"Are you okay Y/n?" I jumped at the random question Kakashi asked me and I lied nodding. "Are you sure?" I just nodded again as we went to the academy. Once we arrived Kakashi poofed away once again. I mentally sighed and walked in the room. My eyes stopped on familiar blonde hair. 'Naruto's here! And he passed!' I thought looking at the blonde. I walked up to him and he turned towards me.
"Hey Y/n! Look I passed! Don't I look good in this headband?" I looked at him and smiled, I waved at him to scoot over a bit so I could sit next to him, he moved a little and I sat down. I rested my head on the desk closing my eyes to at least get a little rest.
Next thing I knew I woke up to Naruto on the desk... kissing Sasuke? Eh...? They then parted lips and started spitting out and choking... alright then. I turned my head to see a crowd of girls that looked very angry. I got up and walked slowly with a pause in each one of my steps not wanting to be apart of this. I ended up sitting next to a girl with short dark hair and pale lavender eyes. I waved at her and smiled. She looked away and started fiddling with her fingers, I looked at her in confusion but decided to leave her alone, she seems shy.
Eventually sensei came and announced that today we'll be forming 3 man squads. 'I wonder who I'll be partnered with?' He had listed a few teams and my name wasn't called yet. Then came team 7.
"Naruto Uzumaki"
"Sakura Haruno"
"Sasuke Uchiha"
"And Y/n L/n"
'Oh, I'm paired with Naruto huh? This'll be interesting.'
"You will meet your new senseis after lunch."
(a/n: as you can obviously tell this chapter is a bit rushed, sorry bout it being short as well... BUT I PROMISE IT'LL BE WAY LESS RUSHED AND LONGER DURING THE LAND OF WAVES ARC... kashi out ✌)
