I woke up and saw two people that matters to me most. Mum and Dem. To be honest, I was feeling really weird considering they never come into my room and then I realized I wasn’t at home. To be specific I was actually at the hospital. Considering my mum is a nurse, I had to take extremely good care of myself and because I had a minor panic attack, I have landed myself in hospital again.

“Are you okay?” Dem asked after she saw me opening my eyes. Could she be any louder?

“I am fine and can you please stop shouting. By the way mum can I go home?” I turned my head to my right hand side asking mum.

“Only if you stop complaining, I promise I will let you go home by tonight” Mum said with her low and thick protective tone which I never liked.

I rolled my eyes and couldn’t believe that my mum was treating me like a child. I am old enough to make my own decisions and go home if I want to. I tried to get off the bed when I noticed the time on the clock. It was 4 pm which made a lot of sense since Dem is here. My sister quickly rushed over to me and tried to help me get untangled from all these wires. Being a twin, it was very common that we both understood what each other were thinking and our next move. She obviously knew I needed to wee really badly.

I looked at myself in the mirror and realized that I looked really pale. My lips were white and my pink cheeks have drained in colour. I walked out of the bathroom and saw that my mum tidied the bed and was preparing to go.
