If I were to sleep for eternity, maybe then you would care. If I were to die for ever, maybe then you'd meet me there.
If we were to walk a road with little in common, maybe then our hands would touch.
And if we were to sleep side by side, maybe then you would know.
It feels like the winds have forgotten to whistle, like the stars have ceased to twinkle. Maybe then you'd know me.
If I were to drown in the tears you swore you'd stop, maybe then the stone heart would break free.
