Gunshots + Graffiti

This dark, don't care piece comes from The Things You Do, a beautiful book you should definitely check out (unashamed marketing there lol). The Banksy graffiti, motorbike and dark background work really well together, and I couldn't not include the Me? Sarcastic? Never. slogan which my protagonist would definitely stan.

Bubblegum Beach

This is also from TTYD - a bright, bubbly piece giving off totally contrasting vibes. The beach aroma paired with the light, pink-and-blue colour scheme is intended to be bouncy and airy, the beach picture giving grounding and life to the artwork. (The 'warm neutrals' is a mistake I kept in because mistakes happen, right?)

Cleopatra: Queen Of Queens

The images in this piece are faded with a rustic filter, which accentuates the ancient feel. The parchment paper, the calligraphy font and the mural-style images back this up, along with the sassy, confident, don't-care attitude these pictures are intended to portray. Compared to the other, more modern aesthetic boards, this one is supposed to feel old and timeless, beautiful in its aged light.

Castle On The Hill

Castle On The Hill

This is an aesthetic board based on Ed Sheeran's Divide song Castle On The Hill. The vibe I've tried to create is nostalgic, hence the faraway, faded images layered with black symbols (elements as they're called in Canva). I just had to include a few castles, and, obviously, hills. There's also a watercolour castle, enhancing the not-quite-close-enough-to-reach, childhood aesthetic.

infinities

This is based on my favourite book, The Fault In Our Stars. As you can see, two of the photos depict Amsterdam, (1st row, middle + 2nd row, 3rd across), one shows a couple, two more books, and my favourite photo, a simple infinity symbol. Thank you John Green!

This is one of the first pieces I've ever made. The chestnut brown hues and simple pictures create autumnal undertones and the font adds to the relaxing, simple feel. I am very proud of this for a nearly-first piece and I think it's definitely an improvement from Bubblegum Beach and Gunshots + Grafiti

Thank you for reading! If you enjoyed it, please vote, if you didn't, obviously don't xx
