Dinah POV.
since it was my lunch break, me and my close friend ally decided to meet up and catch up on a few things. "heyy sis, it's been a minute" ally hugs me. "yes indeed let's sit and chat" I said, while looking for a table to sit at since the restaurant we was at had outside sitting area.
we have finally found a table to sit at. "girll let me show you those photos i took" ally opens her photo and starts to slowly swipe past photos so Dinah can see them clearly. "Ally you could've been a whole model what the hell!?" I said giving ally a little shove. "i know girl- oop sorry" . "waitt who is that" i said confused. I grabbed ally's phone and swiped back to the photo she didn't mean to show me. "ally since when you're interested in females" I laughed . "I am not. that's my co-worker Normani Kordei" . "damn she's beautiful". I zoomed in on the photo of the beautiful women on the screen.
Dinah got cut out of the zone when ally snatched her phone from her. "Ally come on put me on to her pleaseee" begging ally . "hello, may i take y'all orders on this beautiful day" A young man came to Dinah and Ally table . "yes please can I have the fish tacos with onions rings on the side" "what kind of drink would you with that? Waiter asked "sprite please" Dinah said respectfully and looked at Ally.
few minutes later, both Dinah and Ally have relieved there food. "Dinah you can't be serious, plus she's in a whole relationship right now". "she's into men?" dinah had asked. "i can change that, once she sees me it's over for her with men" . "dinah shut up and eat . normani been in this relationship for 2 years" ally said while eating her fries. "don't make a face when i say this , but does he still give her good sex still ?" Ally didn't always like to talk about others sex life but it's normal. dinah even stopped eating to hear all response lol. "ughh idk she never tell me that, she don't even look happy in that relationship", ally continues to tell dinah why . "it's like he has control of her, she would come to work feeling fine but when he's around she's just tired & scared". "what you mean scared alz?, is he putting his hands on her ?" dinah started feeling confused and worried.
Dinah doesn't know normani, but she sense that she is in a toxic relationship. toxic relationship can led to many different things in a bad way.
"alz can go back to your job to see who normani is?" "why?, i do not want you talking to her" ally gave dinah the serious face. "i can't either way lol i'll have to go back to work in a few, i just wanna see what she looks like in person". was ally really gonna believe dinah ? haha probably not . "fine come on, did you drive here? , "nope, i walked my job two blocks down, you'll have to drop me off too" . dinah did a lil smile knowing ally doesn't always like to waste gas , but dinah always helps pay gas anyways so there's no problem.
few minutes later , dinah and ally made it to ally's job. right before they walked into ally's office, normani walk out of hers . "hey ally, how was your lunch break ?" . "it was good , met up with my childhood friend. this is dinah." ally said smiling. normani slowly was analyzing dinah from head to toe . normani would always hide the fact that she has interest in girls especially with the girl right next to ally . "oh hi i'm sorry , nice to meet you i'm normani". normani smiled a lil. "no it's fine, hi i'm dinah, do you do hugs ?" dinah was so tempted to feel normani body . "dinahhh" "what ?, i'm a hugger lol."
"yes i do hugs, you can hug me if you want".
dinah goes to hug normani and whisper's "you're sexy". they both break the hug and smile
"what y'all smiling about?"
"oh nothing, shit i gotta get back to work let's go before they say something about me being late".
"y'all say y'all goodbye's" ally walked off
"if you need anyone to talk to when your bored , here's my number call or text me anytime"
yup dinah done shoot her shot for number, will normani accept it ? stay tone!
later that evening at 10pm
normani's pov
i have invited my best friend over tonight since my boyfriend went to go visit family in new york.
i'm actually glad he left for a few days because i need a break from his toxic shit . my best friend is lauren jauregui we've known each other since middle school, she's my ride or die . she even wants me to leave the boyfriend why oh let me explain.
1. because he cheated on me with a girl he said he wasn't really talking to
2. because he's abusive
3. he actually got a girl pregnant when i went to go visit family
yeah lauren actually thought about killing him after she found out about 2 & 3, mostly 2 .
door bell rangs.
"heyy mamas, he's not here right ?" lauren said looking around before hugging normani
"noo he's not, he left last night"
"okay good , but what's wrong you called like he was tryna kill you" lauren look confused
"best come sit down , and get comfortable i have something to tell you" normani started smiling
"oh god i know that look, you saw another hot women today?"
"YESSS OMGG LO YOU DONT UNDERSTANDING SH-"
"MANI , be foreal stop yelling damnit"
"i'm sorry , this one is fine omgg . ok so when my co-worker ally came back from lunch break her friend-" normani paused
"how's ally been doing ?, she don't want me back there anymore?"
"lol ally's good, she do but she's just busy"
normani continues telling lauren her lil story
"so yeah ally's friend her name is dinah , i was analyzing her an she so damn FINEE . when i tell you she can sense i was feeling her , she known i was. she even whispered in my ear "you're sexy" while hugging me. LAUREN i know she felt my chills down my body. oh shit i got her number" normani was able to breathe after that.
"mani damn let's call her , y'all can go out for drinks and me and ally can just watch y'all have fun"
"shut up fool, i can't go out for drinks with her, sean already thinks i'm into girls even though i want dinah now"
"so what forget him, you deserve to live your life" lauren said confidently
"mani, you think he's gonna expose you ?"
"noo, i'm just scared that once i break things off with him . he might kill me or something.
"mani don't think like that , if he lays another hand on you know i'll beat the shit outta him quick". lauren said getting up from the couch
after a fews minutes of silence lauren decided to break it. "do you still wanna call her" .
"should i? i'm scared she won't answer especially since i told her i'll think about it" normani told lauren .
"CALL HER BEFORE I DO AND STEAL HER FROM YOU"
"fineeee" normani sighs
normani ends up calling the number dinah gave her.
"hello.." the call picks up
