„Haruto, don't your remember that you are coming with us?" Jeongwoo raised his eyebrows at his best friend, who forgot about their plan.

A sighed escaped from the tall boy as he bid a bye to Y/N headed towards Jeongwoo and Jihan. Good for Jungwon, bad for Haruto.

Jungwon had a satisfied smile on his handsome face and also felt a bit relieved. At least one good thing, right?

„Okay, see you guys!" Y/N said to everyone and waved as everyone returned the wave and went to different directions.

Both teens and Jangmi walked in silence, however Jungwon wasn't really happy. His heart ached, whenever he remembered that he had be away from the girl he liked. Like? He would consider it as love, his first love he ever had.

As they walked side by side, their fingers kept brushing, giving them a tingling sensation. A light blush appeared on both faces. How badly they wanted to hold each other's hand, but their shyness sadly kept them from doing so and then there was Jangmi, minding her own business.

„I know something is bothering you, you don't have to tell me, but is there any way I could help you with?" Y/N asked as the thoughtful and worried person she was, missing the boy's genuinely smile.

„It's private, sorry" He apologized as she shook her head, telling him there's nothing to apologize and that's it okay.

And finally, Jungwon smiled at her, a genuine one. He swore, he saw an angel in her. From her angelic smile to her angelic looks and personality, he somehow felt connected to her like he shared a close bond with the girl. Funny how they call each other as the opposite, Devil and Angel.

„What would you do if I was gone?" Jungwon suddenly asked out nowhere. The question was very unexpected as a laugh escaped the girl's mouth and Jangmi suspiciously eyes her cousin.

„Why do you ask?"

„Just answer, please"

„Hmm, for how long?" She fired back while Jungwon didn't know what to say. After all, he didn't have a single clue and was just as lost As the girl.

„Actually, time doesn't matter" The angelic girl chuckled. „I will wait for you until you come back" She continued as the boy's heart warmed by her genuine and sweet words, but also ached at the same time. „Or I would try to find you"

„Really?"

„Absolutely!"

A satisfied smile was visible on Jungwon's ethereal face. With each second passing, he fell in love with her more and more. If he only could turn time back. He indeed felt bad for hurting her and now he's hurt by his own actions. Was it Karma?

They continued to walk in comfortable silence, it was getting darker and colder, but they didn't mind and were enjoying each other's presence, kinda forgetting Jangmi's presence.

Finally, the three of them arrived in front of the girl's house.

„Thanks for bringing me home guys and I really enjoyed today" She smiled as Jungwon and his little cousin smiled back.

There was silence. Jungwon was lost in his thoughts and didn't know if he should confess or not while Jangmi was just standing there.

„Should I tell her? Should I confess? Or would it be better if I confess after I come back? How long will I stay there? Will grandma make it?" The poor boy was overthinking and fearing the worst.

„Just tell her" Jangmi whispered which Y/N didn't hear. Jungwon slightly nodded as a response and took a big breath.

„Y/N, I am gonna make it quick" His hands began to get sweaty, while the girl looked at him in confusion.

„I like you"

...

„It's okay if you don't like-" Before he could end his sentence, Y/N was already in his warm arms, hugging him like there was no tomorrow.

Both brightly smiled to each other while their cheeks were glowing red in sync. The little miss savage didn't want to ruin the moment and just smiled to herself while admiring the two love birds.

„Yang Jungwon, I like you too" She flashed a shy smile as Jungwon smiled even brighter and showed his adorable dimples.

Without a warning, the sweet  boy gently caressed Y/N's cheeks and planted a soft but genuine kiss on as he was blushing like crazy. It was the happiest day for both of them. Not caring about the surroundings, they continued to hold eye contact while smiling like crazy.

„Will you be my girl-"

„Will you be my boy-" Both said in unison and laughed afterwards.

„Yes, I will be your girlfriend"

„And yes I will be your boyfriend" The freshly new couple smiled sweetly at each other with eyes full of love.

Finally, they were a couple. Many things happened in the past and it wasn't easy for both of them, especially for the young girl who was hurt countless times by her now boyfriend.

One thing she learned was moving on from the past and learn how to forgive even though it still hurts. Sometimes it's better to let go, sometimes you have to let go in order to grow more on yourself.

As for Jungwon, he learned from his countless mistakes he did. But also had his very own Karma and the boy accepted that things were like that. The most important was his character development and that he sincerely apologized to the person he hurt the most, even tried to make the things up and promised to be a better person.

The little devil found his angel.

But did it really stay like that?
